I'm guessing....obviously....that most will take their kids, some will give them up to family or close friends and the few remaining kids will fall on the State.....horrific. But I image the administration hopes the numbers just dumped will be minimal. Re Changing the constitution......he just says stuff that is red meat for MAGA crew.
