    Our next door neighbour is reputedly/allegedly the local drug kingpin.......it seems the only people who don't know that fact are the local police......strange!

    I see Japan and the US, very sensibly, are demanding negative covid tests......I guess Thailand will do the same.....but probably too late.

    A check point has been set up on the main road out of town that feeds our nearby villages............it is manned from 8am to 8pm each day????????

    Ain't going to happen......covid and its many variants are now likely to pop up and are going to be exported around the world by the Chinese. Thailand will bare the brunt........the only sensible thing Uncle did was to ban (eventually) the Chinese at the start of the covid pandemic.....and now it is all going to kick off again!!!

    Seriously confused.............. I understood Brexit was to be/is to be a resounding success.....massive boost in trade all around the world, trade deal with the US within days, people begging to trade with us, no more immigration, high wage economy, frictionless trading with the EU.......has none of that happened.....????

    Just done my report....worked like a dream, which surprised me as I put in the wrong name for the house master!!!!

    ..........there were not enough life vests on board… “but the Styrofoam boxes containing the life vests could be used as floatation devices” .....that is a gem of a statement......so how many of these styrofoam boxes were there???????? enough for one each???

    Old men drinking a beer at breakfast time in bars along beach road pattaya............... ............lucky bar stewards.........wish I were there.

    Take one statin a day......most recent blood test August 2022......all good. No side effects, but where there's no sense there's no feeling.

    Did have a bar for a year......no great hassle as the Thai girlfriend ran it day to day.......I never saw any money, but she seemed to do very well out of it?????? Popeye's.....no longer exists.

    You might accidentally shoot yourself in the leg or foot or arm........but the forehead???? Having said that I see the leader of the Oath Keepers in the US was stupid enough to shoot himself in the eye.....talk about karma.

    I have yet to see any Thais look after their dogs (in a rural setting). They are just 'there'.........totally uncared for..........covered in fleas and ticks, suffering from worms, unwashed, no collars roaming free or worse caged 23/7, chasing cars and motorcyclists or dragging two legs behind them or walking on three legs as they struggle to survive........absolutely disgusting.....and the worst of it is no one gives a damn.
