    I am continually staggered by the 'state' in which many Thais live.....there is a 'coffee shop' near us that is literally strewn with broken down bits of kit and rubbish swirling around. I said to the wife 'How can they live like that? Why would anyone stop for coffee there'? A shrug of the shoulders indicating she really doesn't see the problem......FF

    Brilliant.....received an email to say application received. It just worries me that there was no need to tell them what my TM6 number is, or what visa I have .....but I assume they have that on their system......fingers crossed.

    Cheers... first thing I tried......ended up clearing browser cache, closed down and restarted.....that has got me back in. Once finished, I received a half filled-in copy of the paper version of the TM47 as a PDF......went back to the web page and it said "SUCCESS"......does this sound correct....am I done?

    Agree.....the police force is way too big for a country of this size......sack half of them and re-employ the other half on new contracts plus double the salary.

    Only two urinals, just stood there whilst people queued up and used the other one.......if it had lasted much longer no idea what I would have done!!!!

    I lost the use of both arms briefly after a very strong joint.............bit embarrassing as I was stood at the urinal at the time...........seem to last about 10 mins, but in reality probably 2 mins......scary at the time.

    The truck driver saw the motorcyclist and pulled out, and it takes some time for these trucks to get out fully onto the road......the motorcyclist then runs into the back of the truck, which suggests the motorcyclist, at no time, even saw the truck. Pound to a penny he was looking at his not so smart phone

    Pulling out of a junction last night and six boys, 10 to 13 at a guess, came flying along on three motorbikes...........flat out. No lights. I'm Thai. I want to die.
