This reads like an absolute horror story about to unfold.........I cannot for the life of me understand why you would buy...............renting is cheaper, safer and guarantees total flexibility.....Never buy property in Thailand.
Have a holding.....about 3% of my portfolio......I have sell and buy targets as the value gently oscillating between two, fairly constant, upper and lower values. I buy and sell accordingly on a two/three month cycle..
When I give a lift to the Thai family I insist on them wearing their safety belts and refuse to carry any kids under the age of 11.......they think i am totally mad.
The Tories have absolutely no intention of solving this problem......just imagine if they did.......nothing to hammer Labour with................no red meat to throw to the UKIP wannabes........people might even start to look at Tory policies on Non-Doms and how the super-rich avoid inheritance tax, income tax and stamp duty..........the last thing they want.
Rule No 1.............always have an enemy threatening your shores..........it keeps what few brain cells many voters have fully occupied.
Drunken, irresponsible driver and flat bed truck loaded with family that don't stand a chance in an accident.....such a criminal waste of life.
I always watch my rear view mirror waiting for the lights to change and leave a big enough gap in front of me ready to swerve out of the way.........
Could not agree more....
It staggers me that people are prepared to buy big, energetic dogs, but also live in a city.....it really should not be allowed for the sake of the dog as much as anyone else.
It will be very badly packaged in second-hand boxes, which themselves are wrapped in 20 to 30m of sellotape.
It will be much smaller than in the photographs
It will be made from a material that is nothing like you expected.
