Hello I really understand how you feel as we had the same issue 3 years back when a Thai lady with kids came to live above us..The younger child about 6 years old kept running all over the place.. on top of it, early morning and late night, she was pushing furnitures.. She was very rude when asked to solve the issue and the ex husband we informed when he visited said at this age children cannot walk very well, therefore banging the feet on the floor !! We contacted a specialist in Europe to try and solve the issue and answer was, it is easy to isolate from top but not that much from underneath..His advice was to do what you plan to do but to keep the false ceiling hanging and dissociate it on the sides from the walls.. We decided to put our condo for sale and fortunately managed to sell our condo and now rent somewhere else.. Management was aware.. didn't do anything.. noisy neighbour didn't either..so better to go than getting the hassle.. Should it happen again in our new location we would move... Nobody cares about noise in this country.. Have a good day

Good morning I am refurbishing my guest bathroom (used only a few weeks per year).. For the moment there is a "shower heater" apparently with a "hand" shower and 2 taps in the lower part of the shower I change the shower system to fix a rain shower mixer The existing water (or shower) heater is not working any more (just moved in 2 months ago and never checked) In Homepro I had a look at the "instant" systems to get hot water and prices go from 2000 till 7000 or more.. They gave me a type of explanation I could not understand saying I should go for the more expensive ones as I could not set a shower heater but a water heater.. The employee finally told me that if I use what they call shower heater, the guarantee would not work and it would break very soon as not adapted for my shower system..I don t understand what they try to explain and frankly speaking as it will be used only a few weeks per year (even maybe not as guests mainly come in summer time) I am not ready to go for expensive water heater unless really compulsory. He will have the wife s permission to exit Argentina (son is Argentinian and my son is french). He of course has the child birth certificate where the recognition is acted. French restaurant L auberge on 3rd road in Rena House building sells french oysters..fresh and tasty about 300 bahts for 6 and 600 for 12.. when you eat them there He also sells them as take away..but I don t know if there is a minimum quantity in this case .. Hello The truth is for us in Ban Pakard the IO immediately called an agent sitting just opposite his office.. We didn't think we needed one..but understood we could get in trouble if refusing his services.. I asked him if he would take care of Cambodian side..Answer was yes.. Actually told us to sit there and agent went alone to Cambodia border..10 minutes later, he was back, proceeded with us through Thai immigration.. Total 30 minutes between reaching to Thai border and back in the car with exempt visa.. Have a nice day

Not only UK, many other European countries have this same type of individuals.. Here things are very simple . One hit a parked tuk tuk.. . Full gang were on bikes, no helmet, surely no insurance neither proper driving licence and half drunk . One guy decides to hit the tuk tuk victim instead of nicely find an agreement regarding compensation.. Tuk tuk driver might have asked too much..but quietly talking with him surely could have solved the problem.. and if legally covered..it could have been an insurance issue. Problem is this type of kid have limited education, supporting parents who allow them to badly behave, used to wrong European behaviour, used to lenient court decisions in Europe, thought they can do anything in Thailand, and the bad habit to think punching solves problems and doesn t have consequences.. One day you have to pay the bill and take a good lesson. And yes, better for them they fled the scene and surely better for them to leave Phuket before meeting the tuk tuk gang I have no compassion for this type of guy.. Have a good day

Hello, To repair a teak wood door I need a teak wood molding approximately 2 meters long per 4/5 centimeters width.. Any idea where it could be available.. Moldings in homepro are mainly in plastic.. Hello, Finally this gentleman reached even 1/2 early with 2 employees..Cardboaxes were ready but they had to pack a very big TV, small fridge, fragile coffee table , electric armchairs, various paintings statues etc.. everything entered the big pick up..they even took 2 office armchairs extra .. all this to move 10 Kms away, took plastics off, put everything in place and went, total 2000 bahts 3 persons, 3 hours and a half total, nothing broken..I recommend. Hello, Went through Upholstery Pro Pattaya I found on internet... Excellent job on a dirty bedspring.. This lady speaks fluent English.. I sent her snap of the bedspring but she preferred to come and check if she could get a good result.. She gave a quotation 1200 for king-size bed including bedspring and mattress steam cleaning.. they then dry it.. (2 ladies) She had some time, so did it immediately when she was there.. Looks as good as when brand new.. Good and quick job for a good price. I hired them to make a big cleaning of my full condo..2000 bahts one day job,with really deep cleaning.
