When I stayed at a resort on Koh chang they would go around the pool and pick the limes out of abandoned margarita glasses until they would get smashed, so get them some tequila.

I went to Nana Plaza, it was packed. Billboard and Butterflies had free food: pizza, chicken legs, and potato salad, but I think I’ll retire early. Happy New Year!

A young doctor was killed at a Zebra crossing in Bangkok a few years ago, by an off-duty policeman on a big bike going 100 kpm. People were outraged and it looked like some action would finally be taken. There was talk about using ccv cameras to monitor crossings and send tickets to offenders. Motorists started slowing down at zebra crossings and there was a huge spike in rear-end collisions.

He’s already a two-time loser.I recently saw a Netflix documentary about Ron Williamson, sentenced to death (also in Oklahoma) and came within five days of being executed, before eventually exonerated by DNA after 11 years on death row. I thought it shocking he was given the death penalty when the case against him was so weak. Reminds me of good times when I was a kid, and it’s pretty amazing you can walk into a store in Thailand and hear music about a guy that died over 2000 years ago. It’s mostly Santa and jingle bells of course, but I’ve heard Silent Night. ‘At home I’ll put on Mariah Carey and Bing Crosby, and the Jimi Hendrix version of Little Drummer Boy.
