There will be no option to delay. The vaccine has a short expiry date when it is available. One month I believe when defrosted, which will mean when it is offered, you will have to use or lose.

No, a non-immigrant 'O' visa is still a non-immigrant visa no matter how many extensions are granted.

If older retirees were offered reasonably priced health plans and not refused cover because of age or because they have an existing condition, I am sure more would take up health insurance.

If they are applying for a visa extension they are non-immigrants. So it is illogical to require someone to learn the language if they are not being allowed to immigrate into the country.

You need to compare the exchange rates not just the transfer fee. Today's Wise rate: THB 45.45 Today's Nationwide rate: THB 44.44

Wise is a good choice to use for money transfers.. However, I wouldn't transfer all in one go, I would do installments spread over a period of time. This would limit your risk. It may also limit any exchange rates losses due to fluctuations in rates. Thailand doesn't use Iban codes, just Swift codes and bank account numbers.
