I'm by no means a tree hugger but the amount of paperwork they require is stupid, i can't handle dealing with them, photo's, house visit and all that nonsense. I have no problem going to Savanakhet, i have a fried that stays in Muk so normally stop by to catch up with him at the same time.

I've been fined 2000 several times when i've gone into local imm office after several weeks to get a re-entry permit. It does not concern me tho coz i'm loaded. I don't like doing re-entry permits at the airport.

I don't think the one way system would apply to people walking but i may be wrong....

As a foreigner if you put 50% of the property value down the bank will lend you the rest. I did this with my first property until i had capital to buy others. This was SCB and the developer had to come with me with some documents, this was cira 2006/07 i think.
