I was just informed by my visa agent that the covid extension rules had " changed recently" and now getting a 30 day exemption on arrival, will require you to first apply for a 30 day extension before you can apply for a 60 day covid extension. Anyone know anything about this?

FYI, I was just quoted 58K per ( 57 yo) annum which covers just 1,500,000 per year and up to 2,500.000 for "assistance outside of TH" and 750,000K for "Medical expense occuring during the course of traveling outside Thailand". I am registered in one province, but will be going on a long holiday in another province. While I am in the new province, I would like to get a new drivers license. Will the local dlt accept the immigration paperwork from another province as my registered address and let me take a test, or will I have to go to the local immigration office and change addresses. Would I need to do some sort of online update of my address before going to local immigration?
