  1. I would have to question why you did that? Is it unavailable in Phuket?
  2. That's what happens when they don't get used.
  3. And you are...?
  4. Going above and beyond. Truly heroic. Was that a Mini Big C? They don't really count IMHO. When it comes to aisles blocked with carts loaded with folded-up packing cases, I would wager that Lotus's Udon Thani (north end) takes the biscuit. Seems like the shelf stackers aren't tasked with moving empty cases out the back.
  5. unless you want to be kind to someone who is poor. That's not tipping. Poor folks don't work in bars and restaurants.
  6. I guess you watched another debate. Oh, you only LISTENED to the debate. I see. I guess that after being glued to Biden's debate meltdown, you had an inkling that Trump would be up against some sterner stuff and you knew, deep down inside your misguided soul, that he didn't have a Scooby. Train wrecks aren't easy things to watch. I only listened to it as well and I apparently missed Trump's tortured body language as Harris deftly picked on the things that matter to him, his narcissism, fragile ego and his propensity for talking nonsense. Today, he's beating-off on Taylor Swift's endorsement of his opponent.
  7. Nice work @CallumWK And now, a response from the potheads.
  8. I vote for the latter. Well, you would, wouldn't you?
  9. Two weeks in an ICU unit would indicate either a serious injury or the hospital padding the bill. A fractured hip on a 71-year old is a serious injury.
  10. The lazy people that can't be bothered to walk to the dedicated pick-and-drop zones.
  11. The great unwashed are too lazy to walk to the dedicated pick-and-drop zones, that's what happened.
  12. Russians using baht buses? Pictures or it never happened.
  13. I’ve resisted having a go….too tired now, need to recharge my batteries….but I’ll have a go tomorrow…….spark up a few brain cells. Who are you kidding? You have pm'd @Crossy and he hasn't answered yet.
  14. Mike or Michael. I'm typical and British. And many from a different generation liked some European versions of "traditional" British names. My mate's neighbor in east Lancashire is called Abdul, he's more "typical British" than my mate. My youngest is called Andrej, but he's still "typical Scottish".
  15. Straight to Stage 4 for me. I find the girls on that stage are younger and prettier than on the other three stages. Oh, wait...
  16. That was a Japanese adult video airline. It wasn't real. Have you noticed how the seatbelts on an airplane are much shorter than they used to be?
  17. Didn't you post on another thread how your frequent flying helps you rack up oodles of airmiles, class upgrades, lounge access, and what have you?
  18. The Hotel Baraquda on Second & Soi Post Office isn't quite 5-star, but the service is great, polite wait staff, awesome breakfast menu, great pool and a quick walk from just about anywhere. The rooms are great, all with a pool view, but the suites are really something special. The jacuzzi is big enough for two ladyboys.
  19. So, why did they do that anyway?
  20. What on earth is a "typical British name" these days?
  21. I KNOW she's doing the same. (and not with ladyboys)
  22. The shorter form is "idiot"
  23. I wouldn't be too sure that an 'unmarked' entry refusal goes in the database. Otherwise it would show on (for example) the CNX immigration officers computer. From what I understand from this forum is that many who were declined entry at DMK or HKT and didn't have any notation placed in their passport, easily entered via CNX.
