  1. I KNOW she's doing the same. (and not with ladyboys)
  2. The shorter form is "idiot"
  3. I wouldn't be too sure that an 'unmarked' entry refusal goes in the database. Otherwise it would show on (for example) the CNX immigration officers computer. From what I understand from this forum is that many who were declined entry at DMK or HKT and didn't have any notation placed in their passport, easily entered via CNX.
  4. Now there are 3 confused. Who cares why?
  5. Even collateral damage can be punitive and expensive.
  6. The key to avoiding "problems after some use" is to drain all the lines before you disconnect and coil them up for storage. Also, smear some silicon grease around the bayonet fittings to stop corrosion and on the o-rings to stop them drying out. Clean the main inlet filter (where the supply hose clips on) as that can fill up with algae after the fact. Also, if being stored in an area where critters and bugs are about, wrap the ends of connectors and extensions tightly in plastic bags to prevent insects making homes or leaving eggs in the fittings. They like narrow, dark spaces!
  7. And you need to carefully read the responses. You are out of the country but want to do something that requires a foreigner to go to the DTAC store. Have you worked out how to use the "awfully confusing" DTAC app that you need yet?
  8. More often it's farming and factory trade Correct, but still illegal.
  9. this doesn't help me a bit You claim to have two DTAC apps. You need to work out which one you don't need. My experience with DTAC and registering SIM's that have been purchased online is that their online ID verification that's needed before the SIM can be activated, only works for Thai nationals. Foreigners can only do it in person at the DTAC store.
  10. More recently, in Houston, TX, my home had power for only 18 days out of 60. It wasn't always like that, but nowadays, the light company seems to rely on storm damage to show them where their infrastructure is weak and needs replacing rather than routine or preventive maintenance. Meanwhile, up here in Udon, I put up with about 10 years of low voltage in the evenings. I was on the cusp of buying and installing an AVR when the light company completed their grid upgrades, and it's been rock-solid for over three years now. YMMV
  11. Invest in an AVR (automatic voltage regulator). They're cheap as chips these days.
  12. Oh dear, another one who's unique experience in Thailand is portrayed as empirical. Or maybe you just don't understand what they're asking you to do? I have been driving in Thailand since 1978, and I have been asked to turn off the engine. More recently, the PTT pump crew place a placard on the bonnet/hood, right in front of the driver, requesting please turn off the engine. I have also had some pump staff who won't pump until you comply. YMMV TiT
  13. Great. So now there are two pairs of poopy trousers to deal with.
  14. Sound a bit jealous? You are one sick <deleted>.
  15. https://ph.toponavi.com/98845 Hope this helps.
  16. I can't believe you just accused my wife of 18 years of being a whore. Oh, wait... yes I can.
  17. I was a Caribbean beach gigolo and briefly ended up as the 'toy boy' of a wealthy and well maintained MILF from Florida. She even allowed that I have time with girls nearer my age. The five-grand a month stipend and private jetting about was wonderful but being forced to listen to country and western music day in and day out was the eventual deal-breaker.
