  1. someone said you don't need a new tm30 at the same address unless you get a new visa
  2. i saw a couple and it looked like swingers to me. there are a lot of foreign couples that look and dress straight (square), but they are actually kind of "sexually weird" and like threesomes and stuff like that. if you watch them closely they don't seem normal.
  3. who collected the lease contract at all? was the owner present to get a copy and just did not sign? ridicioulous. if an agent or third party sent it to them, you need to get them to re-send it back with his signature. maybe you had a lazy agent who sent your signed lease to the owner for approval and never got the returned signed copy back.
  4. i don't like weights anymore. it's not something i enjoy doing. i never liked gyms unless they were outside and there's nobody "waiting to use the machine". still, i used to go. that part of my life is likely in the past. the swimming stuff is a little "iffy" like you say, especially in a small condo pool, but i need to work with what's available. the guys at my condo just stand in the water, no laps. sometimes i don't want to use the pool because of that. i guess someday i will be real old just standing in the pool 🤷🏻‍♂️ and eating at the big c food court and living in a small room at nirun condo's in pattaya.
  5. i think it's already a done deal and the op wants to know if he should push the landlord for more info now, or just wait, not cause waves and hope everything turns out ok.
  6. it wouldn't. you would need the property deed with his name, address and description on it or id number, the id card itself and meet him face to face and match him with the picture on the id.
  7. psych therapy/counseling not a thing here. it's too sophisticated and requires high education and a lot of free time. people are too busy scraping by to bother.
  8. What about just going cold turkey and working out like this guy? Accept getting older or the way you feel. Accept failure. Charge through it whatever it is (Arnold explains it at the end of the video).
  9. Well, if i don't get my deposit back without good reason it falls on the real estate agent who was responsible for vetting the landlord. The defamation does not apply with vpn's these days. I will get the deposit returned either in cash or take it out of their business profits. Either way, I win.
  10. Even better, it's possible to put a clause in the lease that the TM30 needs to be filed or the lease is void and the deposit returned. Everything is negotiable. Unfortunately, the agreement is only as good as far as you can take it to court. thats why its good to use a real estate agent that has some sort of reputation to protect. a landlord nobody knows what happens.
  11. That's because people in pattaya are running out of money a lot more, so their are more scams. More people around that have lost self-control due to a hedonistic lifestyle, which ultimately translates into a loss of control over money.
  12. Probably referring to covert subletting where there is a renter re-renting it for a higher price. We used to do something similar when i lived in NYC. we divided up the rooms and got a bunch of roommates that brought our rent way down or even let us live free. Like turning the living room into another bedroom, etc. One guy collects the money from everybody like an agent and pays the landlord. The roommates don't know what the true rent is, only care about what they agreed to pay with the agent who listed the room. A more common problem would be owners who have someone else, like an agent or friend, manage their property. The agent acts as the owner on the lease. Payments go into the agents bank. If there is a dispute between the true owner and the agent, like for example, the money does not get transfered, or there is a problem in their relationship, the renter suffers because their deposit is not returned or they have to move.
  13. It's best to get a copy of the contract and review it overnight. Many people get it in the office and are rushed to sign then and there while people are waiting. There's a lot of pressure to sign it quickly in that situation.
  14. Was probably training too hard. Trying too hard is a weakness.
  15. do you look like this guy?
  16. there is no place specifically. it turns into prostitution when you goto an oriented place. it would have to evolve naturally out of regular dating because they would need to want to be there on some level without payment.
  17. i liked vietnam. lived in hanoi back when they gave out business visas. the coffee is good. it's a sea of gorgeous women everywhere you go.
  18. i thought it pumped you in general, not just in that area. your mind interprets it as increased libido, but it's really a whole body pump. similar to viagara, it juices your whole system but people focus on that one area because that's why they took it. that's why people can have heart attacks and what have you.
  19. unfortunately, it does not 100% block. there's still a message there saying their response is hidden each time. 3 bars top right > account > ignored users
