    Spot on with this roof advise. SIL built what looked like a superior built house in Surin but the roof has been a constant problem due to this different roof levels. Leaks and ruining ceilings, spent nearly 100k last month getting it sorted out.

    Thats what the American guy had we helped at immigration on Thursday who was trying to extend his stay by 30 days. They said not good enough and need to see his receipt from the Hotel who would not send one until my Mrs rang them up. Things are getting more and more complicated, confusing and contradictory as time goes on with TM30, 90 day reports and extensions.

    Turns out he did have a TM30 receipt from the hotel with the immigration logo on it, but they wanted his receipt for payment. he showed them the payment via boooking.com but that was not good enough. Is that a requirement, or up to office/officer? If they want to encourage tourism they need to make things easier and the same at every office.
