    Tried calling the IOD near Victory Monument today, decent website but the phone is never answered just rings off after a few seconds. Also, their email is no longer contactable. Not very impressive, might just turn up. Been to St Louis before and did not thing much to it, but might give it a go thanks.

    Ours has done that since the tank was replaced, bleeding the water out used to work in the past but not now. No amount of screwing the pressure switch up or down makes any difference. Try turning the water off and letting it all out of the pump first, what model is it?

    Those using corrupt methods are always trying to convince themselves and others it's legal and that bribery causes no victims and everyone is happy. Well try telling that to all those Chinese with bent 'visas' and over 100 officers who have been charged with corruption for issuing them. People are deluding themselves if they think agents getting extensions they are not entitled to will go on for ever, and it's not going to affect them.

    Why can't they deal with it? just follow the Thai example. Stick them in detention centres, not hotels, give them one meal a day and keep them there until somebody pays their fare home. They would stop arriving straight away. In some things Thailand is an advanced country.
