Yet the evidence is nowhere to be found, it's claims have always been debunked when looked at. Like the famous '96% of scientists agree global warming is directly attributed to human activity', even spouted by Obama. When re examined the 20 years of papers showed less then half a percent. The manmade climate change claim is just a money making scam.

He needs to learn a bit about the law, sex with a 13 year old is rape, she cannot consent. I reported a bar in soi cowboy once for employing a 13 year old girl from Surin who sat in the bar stark naked and took customers upstairs. Guys on a forum like this boasted about going up the stairs with her. Nothing ever happened about it. This was over 20 years ago.

Interest withholding tax

Contact head office by email they will sort it. I claimed 2 years tax back and they stopped withholding, however it was not plain sailing with some of the staff as anything other than deposits and withdrawals confuses some of them. The tax office took 6 months to give the refund, several phone calls and on their part lies about not giving them all the documents, record everything. -

I suggest people print those changed rules out in English and Thai and highlight the right passages. I did last time I did an extension and they wanted to see a TM30. One officer said those rule changes did not apply, one accepted them! Pathetic some of them cannot keep up to date years after their own rules changes

I have his biography ELVIS written by a bloke who lived in Bangkok. Jerry Hopkins, died in 2018. Said to be the definitive book on Elvis.
