    My brother was a tattooist in the UK. He was living very close to Mildenhall in Suffolk which has a US Air Force base. He specialised in cover ups. Constantly busy with Amercians coming in from the base to have dodgy tats covered over which they had inked in various parts of the world (very often when they had been out having a night on the turps). He could charge top dollar and made a very good living from it.

    Normally, I give Bob the benefit of the doubt due to my kind nature.... Basically, you said hello and thank you in Thai. Same as anyone 10 minutes off the plane on their first trip to Thailand can do. Unless I've just shat myself, I can smell BS on this one.

    For my most recent bookings (both current and further hotel end of the week) I paid the advertised price, everything included. The hotel voucher provided then shows a taxes and fees amount already included within the price. FYI the price paid was circa £60 and shows an included taxes and fees amount of £9.
