Before you get all sophisticated, I suggest that you simply obtain a downstem as shown, find a plastic bottle with a wide rim circumference and then slot the downstem in at an angle. FILL to the brim with crushed ice from a convenience store and enough water to cover the bottom of the pipe. That will be as good or better as any bong you will try without the ice component but just water. If that method of delivery suits you, then you can upgrade your equipment. Some bongs only allow you to put ice in the uppermost part. So try homemade first and then you’ll have more experience in choosing a design that suits you.

You obviously didn’t understand what was happening. You don’t need to have any monthly package on a Prepaid SIM. It looks as if they were trying to convince you to stay Postpaid. How do I know? Most Postpaid packages end in 99, unlike Prepaid packages. So not unlike any provider hoping to keep you paying them a subscription, they just made you an offer to stay. Just say no and insist on moving to Prepaid. If the continue to play the fool, request an MNP code and take the number to AIS or Truemove H Prepaid. But it’s easier to extend DTAC and Truemove H SIM indefinitely by tapping in a simple code. From anywhere once you have International Roaming activated.
