  1. You’re an unhappy chappy… It’s not the money. Even if you were in PV right now, you’d find another reason for your unhappiness. Are you sure that you are not a girl?
  2. Which question was that? Title is “Next Generation Of Expats”, rather than calling for yet another expression of how far you’ve failed to reach any of your goals in life. Your problem appears to be a taste for Champagne, on a beer budget. Only dreaming, but not actually living… How about a positive post at least once in a while? Is everything crap in your life?
  3. It seems you are already taking it too seriously. Do you have relationship advice to offer? ????
  4. Mostly utter nonsense.
  5. Yes, I was. Either way, you might perhaps keep the number, instead switching it to Prepaid. You can extend it’s validity indefinitely.
  6. DTAC still have unlimited data packs for use in Thailand at a reasonable cost with new SIM. Unlimited data with unlimited domestic calls at under 200 baht per month.
  7. and from your off-topic posts….or are you ‘special’? What are you doing here anyway? Do you have a condo to recommend or are you looking for a recommendation? Or simply have nothing better to do than to comment on threads that hold no interest to you at all other than the people posting in them?
  8. It doesn’t necessarily appear as a menu option until it’s activated. You can read that others had the same issue initially: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/other-smartphones/no-wifi-calling-option-on-s7-edge-oreo/td-p/1336890

  10. WiFi Calling is supported by DTAC with your model. Perhaps the issue is that it needs to be activated when you’re in-country initially.
  11. I’m asking you, since you aligned us in your mind. He didn’t; you did. I’m really beginning to understand why you failed to make any friends here…
  12. What app do you pull up? Do you mean the website? Which Browser do you use? What does this have to do with Bangkok?

Do some research on your drive so that you can ask pertinent questions as to their competence.
  14. How does that compare to a beachfront penthouse in a city that doesn’t sleep, where you can get most anything that you want? Similar in your mind or just trying to win an argument of your own imagining?
  15. You met a guy…????
  16. Another ‘stable genius’ turns up to put those ‘amateurs’ in their place ????

  18. Those packages are not needed for Roaming. The are for people who want to use the number to call and send SMS/MMS and use mobile data whilst abroad and who want to buy a prepaid bundle to include a certain amount of minutes, SMS/MMS and a volume of data. But if you only want to receive SMS or don’t want to buy a prepaid bundle, there is no need to purchase.
  19. Nope. International Roaming is free. Receiving SMS via International Roaming is generally free. Voice calls aren’t free, but you can pay for those from credit or via bill. There is no need to purchase any package.
  20. It doesn’t cost anything for International Roaming. You are referring to the purchase of data packages for use during International Roaming, but they aren’t compulsory.
  21. That actually confirms what he wrote. What you have posted, refers to soliciting, brothels, advertising, coercion and underage…
  22. Third time wasn’t a proposition, rather just an invitation. First two weren’t in Thailand.
  23. ‘Pop stars’ get lonely too. I’ve been propositioned at least a couple of times. I either pretended to not know who they were or just somehow extricated myself from the situation. So don’t count yourself out ☺️
  24. If it still has validity and hasn’t expired, yes. Just take your passport to a service centre. If it’s a SIM you haven’t utilised for years, no.
