  2. What a dolt. Nobody here lives in Thailand unless you have a PR. Who wants to do 90 day reports while paying tax? Remember, we are all tourists here.
  3. And just a warning if you own a car. My wife went to a famous service chain for oil change. A few months later she noticed one of those serial number plates that are inside your car missing. Who knows what else they "remove" when you take it for the service.
  4. You are really making yourself sound stupid. I use my scb app all the time. I also hate dealing with cash and change. Numerous times the app would not start because it either needed an update or there was service interruption. Cashiers are aware of this issue and will often tell you which bank has an issue and which does not.

    Franchising

Better go with small franchise. I am at the Mall Bangkapi now and it is being renovated top to bottom. One wonders what happens with all the restaurants that have a lease there. Also obligatory updates and renovations once in a while.
  6. I rent mine out to tuktuk patrol
  7. I prefer up and cumming
  8. You can note it all you want, but according to Thai law you will be working illegally. So, once you come here make sure you keep a low profile. 99.9% won't care, but there is always someone who will itch to report you. This forum being a great example.
  9. Shopee itself is fine. However their customer service lacks a bit in English department, but if you have an issue the returns process is absolutely the same. Never had any serious issue with both platforms. Shopee food on the other hand always pins the wrong location that confuses the drivers. They always call for directions.
  10. Don't worry Bob, he is not stealing your hookerz
  11. It certainly does not "burn" me or anyone with a healthy brain when people pay to be loved and touched. That is some twisted spin on reality. I highly doubt his life is so great considering the amount of time he spends degrading women on this forum. What a joke, lol
  12. You already forgot? "Qualified UK accountant or anonymous, semi-literate, unqualified Asean Now posters flitting between guessing and googling for IHT advice? "
  13. It has to do plenty, but you refuse to admit it. Retiree mug does not have the connections, does not have a permanent residency, does not have the right to stay, does not have the access to cheap healthcare, does not have the right to subsidized anything like back home. Too funny a grown man would even question this. So my point stands that a retiree on 60k alone will live worse than Thai middle class. But you probably still don't get it and chose to live ingoramus life in Thailand. And you keep harping how people in Britman live so well. Well, that could be a lie. All we ever saw was the outside of his house, mountains and nature. Thailand is a third.....ehm... developing country. Show me how that 10,000 baht house looks like. Probably a mold infested fire hazard with free cockroach protein. Do you really think people who live here are stupid? Simon returned to UK and himself admitted that he got first class NHS treatment contrary to all the losers that complain about everything back home.
  14. Who says they are in debt? But if they are they have 2 salaries to support it, so we are now talking a minimum of 150k baht a month on family income. Most of the months I live on much less than 60k a month, but I do have strong support system and savings to fall back to including a working wife with plenty of connections (sorry for gloating again). Now lets talk about pensioners that live on bare minimum. Some here say they don't care about healthcare and when that time comes they will just accept to die. This is never the case as most of them keep begging on GoFundMe, start crying or go back to mother NHS as soon as they fall off the motorbike and kiss the asphalt. They all want to live. Thailand is the complete opposite of living back home. Back home once you get old the cost of living decreases as you get the support of the government and many benefits that come with it, In Thailand they go up dramatically. As I mentioned many times on this forum living on pittance in Thailand in your 30's and 40's is easy. Not so easy once you get older. It seems like some old folks just don't like the facts.
  15. Wait..... you are telling me this while some old grandpas here are gloating in every post about "banging" the girls in their 20's and 30's while they literally referring to them as only being good for one thing. Hahaha... what a pathetic reply! My post about middle class Thai women must have really offended you. Damn, English even ain't my first language and I exposited your hypocrisy!
  16. What did exactly made you sick about my post. That most career Thai woman have bigger monthly income than the average sexpat in Thailand or that I was gloating?
  17. If you want to live like britman than 60k is definitely enough. My 43 year old Thai wife makes 70-80k a month which is the lowest salary among her friends. As a Thai citizen she also has 3 insurance policies, social insurance, 30 baht scheme and the convenience of not begging for the visa to stay. If you want to live much worse mid class Thai woman than enjoy Thailand.
  18. Why not? He is using dee money to transfer from a Thai bank account to his wise account.
  19. I guess for this to work your wife would have to be a UK resident.
  20. First of all it is important not to believe any losers on Thai forums claiming how Thailand is so much better than USA. It seems to me that even those "stupid" Thais can make a 200k a year in the good ole USA. Yeah... USA bad because you can't get laid maybe?
  21. I would not trust anyone in Thailand to take their medication regularly, so HIV is absolutely 100% relevant to the story.
  22. Is there a time limit to apply for unemployment benefits? I just found out she did not apply for the 3 months she wasn't working which was over 6 months ago. I think it is 30 days, right?
