I just took Cathay from Toronto. It cost me $2500 USD 1 way business class. The most important thing....it was on time. Yes. I'd avoid air Canada too and wouldn't even pay half of the quoted price for their direct cattle class flight.

Will ultrasound be enough or should I insist on MRI, which I am not to keen to do due to fasting and prep that goes with it.
