Just a few things. I am normal weight, 196cm, 94kg. I do have some fat. I used to run regularly up until 6 months ago when I developed some knee issues....probably due to all the running.
I get nervous easily, so it probably contributes to this state.
I like the good stuff in Thailand, but lately I avoid sugar like plague. Last night I had a lot hence the symptoms and worry.
My question is really what people with this problem usually eat here as food here is full of extra sauces and cr@p. I am a terrible cook and when I can I usually order lean chicken slices plus veg from those "healthy" places I'm pretty tall, so that is often not enough for a meal. Also, I am a Serb, so we eat a lot of bread....I do cheat with those subway sandwiches and pizzas.
Help me with a menu. NO OVEN. NO Air Fryer.
