    I plan on renewing my marriage extension in November. It looks like I will be leaving the country at the beginning of February for what could be 6 months for business abroad. What is the maximum time allowed to be out of the country on a re entry permit? Do I have to tell immigration my expected return date? I want to keep my Thai visa alive if possible. Thanks in advance.

    absolute rubbish! paying your home loan off early does not incur bad credit. sounds like an excuse the bank made, maybe because they didn't like your friend. either that or you are getting mixed up with mortgages and personal iphone loans..

    I don't work because I have enough money not to. I could buy the elite visa if I wanted to but I dont need to. These ed visa bums are just that. They are bums, living off mommy and daddy on an extended stay. I met a bloke the other week in his 50's talking about getting an ed visa whilst sat with his bar girl eating som tum. been here 3 weeks and all of a sudden really wants to learn Thai. Get real.

    best thing to do here to avoid overpaying on a loan is to beat the bank. Take out a loan on a house for 30/40 years for example and pay it off in 10. Then then banks dont get their hand in your pocket as much.
