just thought I would share with all my friends! aren't you happy for me?

over the next few months I will slowly but surely be making preparations for my next big move away from Thailand and on to my new business venture. I wont be disclosing where I am going or what I will be doing so dont even ask. I will be keeping a base in Thailand as I have multiple properties here and mrs. smith wont be joining me for the time being. It's looking like the wheels will really start to be in motion by April next year. I am looking forward to it immensely and cant wait to be back in a more civilized part of the world with friendlier visa policies, excellent public healthcare systems and clean streets. I will still be posting here on Aseannow/Thaivisa so you dont need to worry about that! Exciting times ahead for bob smith! Life is what you make of it. Live it!

just the other day I was out walking. I did about 20km in an afternoon. Went for a massage after it and the woman asked why am I so sweaty? I said I have been out walking for the last 4 hours. She said 'Thai people dont like to walk'. So yeah, it would seem that walking is something thais do not partake in with any degree of vigor.

thais are getting fatter by the day. the obesity crisis is well and truly in full swing here. however I tend to agree with a lot of what you have said. I know a lot of thais who drink beer daily, eat like pigs and are stick thin. go figure.

it has for me. my marriage hasnt cost me a single penny. in fact quite the opposite. its turned out to be rather profitable for me.
