I would just like to say this is definitely NOT a thai bash thread. I would love nothing more than to see Thailand do well, especially on the international stage and be a true bastion for freedom and democracy in the region. But what is going on right now is an absolute disgrace. There is no other word for it.

Politics is about representing the people. thats why you are there supposedly!! not to get the best deal possible for your own selfish ends. Honestly, I thought american politics was bad but this lot take the cake. All of them should hang their heads in shame. None of them are worthy enough to represent the people. I would be ashamed to call myself a Thai at the moment. The word 'thai' means free apparently. They cant even get democracy right for god sake. if immigration mess me about even slightly this year then im walking straight out of the building. I have enough money that I can pretty much go and live anywhere I like now and be on multi entry visas. Immigration can like it or lump it. they need me more than I need them!
