someone had their speakers blasting out darlic music at 5am this morning and shouting at the top of their voice so the whole village could hear them. do thais not like a lie in on a Sunday? it was a full blown party going on first thing in the morning. it's a mad place here sometimes. does everyone think its acceptable for houses to blast out daft music at 5am? are there any laws regarding this, if so where can i complain. thans.
