Classified documents from Biden’s time as VP discovered in private office
dotcalm replied to Scott's topic in World News
Those docs were in a residence know to be occupied by Hunter Biden, who probably provided outstanding security despite suffering from crack cocaine addiction. Emails suggest Hunter Biden had access to garage where president kept classified docs, Corvette https://www.foxnews.com/politics/emails-suggest-hunter-biden-had-access-garage-where-joe-kept-classified-docs-corvette Biden is in it up to his eyeballs and this should get more interesting by the day. -

All the facts and details about the Biden document scandal are those that Biden's lawyers want you to know, and that won't include much transparency or truth. Biden's WH and lawyers are the only sources of information details of this serious breach of security laws. But Biden's WH and lawyers are transparent, or not. Unless Biden's personal attorneys who discovered and searched for the classified material lawyers had security clearances they too are in violation of national security laws and mishandling classified information. So, docs first uncovered November 2, 2022 but the lawyers didn't search until January 9, 2023. Very suspicious and why was this not reported earlier, say on Nov 2/2022? Ah, election was a a few days later. I got it. -

I notice that the reports from Oxford Our World in Data indicate that the countries with the highest vaccination rates also have the highest covid death rates. (see charts below) it's just a coincidence perhaps. web link Oxford FYI and further assessment: "Covid deaths are rising sharply in the UK, but an increasing proportion of these are actually due to something else, BBC analysis suggests. That's because some people die with Covid rather than from it." https://www.bbc.com/news/health-60000391 -

I don't think you get it, or just don't want to get it. Would you recommend a drug that may make you MORE susceptible to the disease it's designed to protect you from. If you answer yes.....okay, I understand you. -

The CDC is tracking a new variant of concern dubbed XBB.1.5
dotcalm replied to Social Media's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
"Omicron subvariant XBB.1.5 now accounts for 73% of all sequenced COVID-19 cases in NYC. XBB.1.5 is the most transmissible form of COVID-19 that we know of to date and may be more likely to infect people who have been vaccinated or already had COVID-19." https://www.foxnews.com/health/omicron-subvariant-xbb-1-5-possibly-more-likely-infect-vaccinated-officials-say Vaccine's are not working with new variants and may be detrimental to those already vaccinated. What's going on with the vaccines now, putting people at risk for getting infected by a virus that the vaccine should prevent. Time to rethink the net benefit or lack thereof with mRNA injections. -

Need more time, more research, more data before drawing any conclusions and until the mRNA solutions are fully tested and the safety data presented. Until then take your chances, The median age of covid victims is up around 81.5 years while the average life expectancy in the US is 79.1. The Pfizer bivalent shots are suspected to be linked to brain strokes now in the elderly, 65 years and up. Astra Zeneca is not mentioned to have this potential safety risk U.S. FDA, CDC see early signal of Pfizer bivalent COVID shot's link to stroke https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/us-says-pfizers-bivalent-covid-shot-may-be-linked-stroke-older-adults-2023-01-13/?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email -

Theft, unauthorized possession of classified and sensitive gov't docs, materials indictment could be the least of Biden's worries and a great gift to Trump and could be another crowning gaffe and failure, and entry to Biden's corroded legacy. I don't see Biden coming out of this one unscathed, but instead he will incur again his frequent humiliation in the eyes of the nation and the world. He's got to be the greatest failure in American politics hands down! -

He possessed them illegally, how should Biden's crimes be classified then, in your obvious confused understanding? "Joe Biden took classified documents from the White House when he was Vice President," U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., posted on Twitter. "The VP does NOT have the power to declassify, only POTUS. Joe Biden stole classified documents. This is a very serious crime. DOJ & NARA can’t sweep this under the rug AND persecute Trump." https://www.politifact.com/article/2023/jan/11/Trump-Biden-classified-documents-cases-differ/ -

His lawyers uncovered and reported the classified records in Biden's private office at UPenn. Has Biden denied having stolen classified documents relating to Ukraine, Iran, in his possession. Don't be foolish, of course he didn't because he can't, he got caught red handed. -

He was in possession without color of right, stolen classified government documents unless Obama steps up and admits he declassified the documents and gave them to Biden (which is unlikely) then Biden is on the hook for illegally possessing classified and sensitive government records. Possesion of something by illegal means, ie theft, despite your obfuscation and defference Biden had no right to possess classified documents ater leaving office. -

These "Biden papers"... "The classified materials included some top-secret files with the “sensitive compartmented information” designation, also known as SCI, which is used for highly sensitive information obtained from intelligence sources." https://edition.cnn.com/2023/01/09/politics/joe-biden-classified-documents-upenn/index.html FYI: vice presidents do not share plenary powers of declassification of docs as the President does. Vice President Biden stole classified government records and gave them to the Biden Think Tank which received millions in anonymous donations from China. How can Biden be trusted now? As president now what else has done, **are there more stolen documents from his VP days, what docs has he shared and with who? Just don't know what corruption and treason is swu=irling around this Biden scandal. FBI raids and investigations are the only way forward now to root out, expose and prosecute any treasonous acts undertaken by Biden. **https://www.nytimes.com/2023/01/11/us/politics/biden-classified-documents.html His legacy is getting shinier by the day and about as favorable as a turd in the punch bowl. Biden is a failure and criminal. -

Sure he returned them after he got caught. After he obtained the classified material ILLEGALLY, as in witout color of right and is guilty of federal crimes for stealing sensitive materials, documents in this case. Nothing can change that, it's like you can't un-shoot the gun that kllled. He's done, for sure on that score. The docs were locked in a closet at his office in UPenn with or without security?? At least Trump had authority to poseess the docs and they had 24 hour SS on the Mar-a-Lago premises. So now perhaps Biden qualifies for the application of U.S. Code Title 18, Section 2071 that states, "Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States." If you recall Marc Elias comments re USC Title 18, Sec 2071 concerning Trump, which we know damn straight was the tactic the deep state hoped could prevent Trump from running for office. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/clinton-linked-lawyer-says-trump-could-be-barred-reelection-after-fbi-raid-cites-us-code He (Biden) stole sensitive, classified documents while VP and so much as admitted it thru his lawyers. Tough luck Joe, AND he most likely just destroyed whatever case they had against Trump thanks to Biden's thieving, treasonous ways recently uncovered at his document storage at UPenn. Biden is going to have a very uninspiring legacy rife with crime and corruption and massive policy failures all things considered and has become a huge national and global embarrassment and disgrace. Biden's earned it and can thank all his voters for their assistance in electing him. -

Now, considering the circumstances and the evidence of the Biden family corruption the FBI must launch raids all of Biden's residences immediately to locate any more classified and sensitive documents Biden may have stolen and to stop any potential threat to American democracy caused by Biden's actions. It's critical now to put a stop to the treasonous acts of the former VP and now POTUS. Biden is DANGEROUS, and this needs to be investigated and mitigated without delay. -

And with Biden, he has stolen classified US documents, they were in in his possession, as admitted to by his lawyers after they caught. Being the VP, Biden had no legal basis for retention of any classified materials whereas the PRA specifies the authority of the President handling and possessing classified material. Biden is a thief plain and simple, he STOLE classified material from the US gov't the question now is what did he do with the classified materials he stole while VP under Obama. He is a fool and a dangerous corrupt one at that. -

That's your opinion and obviously you have no basic grasp of the PRA. Clinton, his wife, etc all set the precedent for classified doc retention and suddenly it changes for Trump. There are no indictments coming for Trump unless Biden gets done over too. They are picking on Trump and obviously they have jack-<deleted> or they wouldn't sick the partisan hack job prosecutor on him and for what? Jan 6th is a wipe-out and massive humiliation for the uniparty and it's all but dead in the water now and Mar-a-Lago is as well now. 6 years of liberal deep state buffoonery trying to "get Trump" and they still have nothing but now they got Biden stealing classified documents and storing them in his private office at UPenn which just so happened to receive $54M in anonymous donations from Chinese after Biden began his "think tank" there. That's serious and sounds like potential corruption and Biden could very well be compromised after theft of classified docs, did the Chinese see them or given copies? He's done like dinner, and he needs to go. As if the evidence of the Biden pay for play schemes tied to the laptop is not enough, you have this, he's DANGEROUS to America. Trump's a saint compared to Biden.
