  1. what jury? The one there won't be? Then, indict him based on the evidence. indict him; should have done so already. So don't expect it now. Biden was VP and was not authorized to possess them period, full stop. Ignorance is not a defense to the law. Refer to the PRA and the EO I mentioned previously. In essence possession of classified docs is a total no brainer crime unless you are POTUS, NOT a VP. Biden's goose is cooked. Biden made the case (prima facia) by possessing them, illegally, as he had no authority to have classified records/docs which is federal crime and he will/should be held accountable. If he was POTUS at the time we would not be having this discussion
  2. I'll keep it simple for you: the PRA (Presidential Records Act). Biden was VP at the time.
  3. In a perfect world complete with a single tiered justice system perhaps, but in reality, not even close. It may be that the elites want to <deleted>-can Biden, it's seems odd that CNN is not covering this up for Biden but reporting his frequent boners instead. This feels all too peculiar and there are no coincidences, see how this plays out in the days ahead. I'm sure the Trump folks, Trump included are having a good laugh at Biden's latest cock-up.
  4. "The classified materials included some top-secret files with the “sensitive compartmented information” designation, also known as SCI, which is used for highly sensitive information obtained from intelligence sources." https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/10/politics/classified-documents-joe-biden Unless Biden originally classified these docs and/or they came from the VP's office (refer to Section 6.1(l) of E.O. 13292) he has zero legal standing to possess them and that is theft as opposed to the absolute rights and authority inherent in the Presidents declassification powers putting Biden in far greater legal jeopardy than 45 and by doing so just cratered the case against Trump. No one I'm aware of has ever accused Biden of being overly bright, (another example of his state of mind). I have not fact checked the part about accusing Biden of being bright.
  5. Oh, but / and it begs the question why the Chinese anonymously donated $54M to the UPenn, where Biden kept an office there until 2020, yet again you see the endless connections between Biden(s) and China. This warrants serious investigation and likely will be pursued by congress. I take this to be just another "sign" that the decision makers want to exit Biden, as he's not wanted by his own party. It strikes me as odd that CNN is even covering Biden's latest news of his suspicious actions instead of running cover for him. Maybe Biden will be done soon. https://nypost.com/202/04/09/54m-in-chinese-gifts-donated-to-upenn-home-of-biden-center/
  6. So what, the President is well within his right to retain classified docs that he declassified. Biden's declassification scope was much more restricted as VP. It will all come out when congress investigates and maybe both Biden and Trump will be prosecuted, or not. They will need to prosecute both, but doubtful that will happen. Waste of time. But do keep in mind Biden corruption is now the focus, and this is not going away. Trump on the other hand will enjoy all the attention on Biden corruption. Trumps walks, and beats the deep state again. Seems so simple for him that the fools running the DOJ would give up. Go chase the DC swamp creatures responsible for all the corruption.
  7. I gotta jet, think about what I have shared with you and be objective.
  8. It was widely claimed by many that vaccine prevents transmission & infection, but that go changed to NO, but now they "prevent serious illness and death" except so many vaccinated are dying of covid in NSW, Au. Obviously the vaccines didn't save all these vaccinated dead people, they are dead, from covid, despite being boosted according the the NSW report. Think about it instead of trying to spin it. Accept it after letting the data speak for itself. Don't take my word for it, pay close attention to the data.
  9. 70% of covid deaths reported in NSW are in fully/boosted vaccinated. If vaccines save lives, why are the vast majority of covid deaths occuring in the fully vaccinated? So, if vaccines work to prevent deaths why are they not preventing deaths?
  10. I would much rater be one of the unvaccinated NOT in hospital in Au, but maybe you prefer to be pfizer jabbed and in the ICU, perhaps yes? But, unless you are pfizer jabbed, stop stressing over it.
  11. >70% of hospitalized for covid are vaccinated, there are zero unvaxxed in hospital and/or ICU. Obvious whats going on here. Vaccines are supposed to prevent infection, nope prevent hospitalization: nope prevent death: nope The date (evidence) reported by NSW confirms all 3 of the above. So do tell, what do mRNA vaccines provide in the way of benefits? Have a look at VAERS data and excess mortality before you spin this.
  12. Maybe you have read the part when the reporting is scheduled to stop, in year 2023. Despite your obfuscation, the fully vaccinated are being infected, hospitalized and dying, at very high rates, while NO unvaxxinated are hospitalized and comprise a fraction of covid deaths compated to the fully vaccinated and boosted. The claim vaccines saves lives is contrary to the data, obviously, or should be to you by now.
  13. The official data reporting hospitalizations and deaths by vaccine status in NSW Au; 78.9 % of ICU patients and 70% patients hospitalized (not ICU) are fully vaccinated (2 or more doses) and the remainder have one does vaccine series. There are no unvaccinated patients. Of the 75 covid deaths, 70% are fully vaccinated suggesting covid vaccines are doing a very poor job of preventing illness & death. I am sure you can agree based on the data. NSW Respiratory Surveillance Report - week ending 17 December 2022 NSW COVID-19 WEEKLY DATA OVERVIEW Epidemiological week 50, ending 17 December 2022, Table 1 https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/Infectious/covid-19/Documents/weekly-covid-overview-20221217.pdf Australia prefers mRNA (Pfizer) vaccines: https://www.smh.com.au/politics/federal/astrazeneca-vaccine-blood-clot-incidents-spark-pfizer-recommendation-for-under-50s-20210408-p57hnd.html
  14. It’s getting more difficult to trust the safety and effectiveness of covid vaccines, notably mRNA vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna. Its been documented recently that covid mRNA vaccines may be damaging your ability to control the coronavirus after a booster shot(s) A new peer-reviewed paper has troubling news for anyone who has received multiple mRNA (Pfizer, Moderna) shots, suggesting the immune system paradoxically weakens a crucial part of its Covid response after the third jab. The immune shift causes the body to make relatively more of a less potent kind of antibody to Covid, displacing antibodies that attack the virus more aggressively. The change could heighten the risk of Covid infection and mean that people who are infected suffer longer and more serious cases. It may also increase the chance of certain autoimmune disorders, though that connection is more speculative. Worse, the researchers found evidence that being infected with Sars-Cov-2 after receiving a booster worsens rather than reverses the shift. The researchers did not find a similar immune change in people who got other Covid vaccines, only the antigen-encoding mRNA vaccines. https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciimmunol.ade2798 sciimmunol.ade2798.pdf
  15. FBI pressured Twitter, sent trove of docs hours before Post broke Hunter laptop story https://nypost.com/2022/12/19/fbi-reached-out-to-twitter-before-post-broke-hunter-biden-laptop-story/ You think because CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC don't /refuse report it, it's not news, or true? The regime media may very well be the biggest impediment to maintaining what remains of democracy. Elon Musk has done his part, and it was cheap (for him) at $44B or so.
  16. 17. The FBI pressured Twitter to suppress The Post’s blockbuster scoop about Hunter Biden’s laptop by warning it could be part of a Russian “hack and leak” operation — even while knowing the concern was unfounded, according to internal company records made public Monday. https://nypost.com/2022/12/19/fbi-reached-out-to-twitter-before-post-broke-hunter-biden-laptop-story/

  20. Try starting with the Twitter Files-Matt Taiibbi, and the scheme to suppress the HunterBiden laptop story on twitter. Unless you are domiciled in a cave in Afghanistan then you may have heard the news about that by now. If you have your face glued to the regime media you ain't getting the truth as you probably already know. https://www.nationalreview.com/2022/12/the-twitter-files-miss-the-real-scandal-fbi-interference-in-the-2020-election/amp/
  21. It’s quite peculiar (more like pathetic) how the J6 committee presented evidence about what what an official failed to do and the last hearing seemed to focus on a number of things that did not occur, from a draft tweet that was not sent to an executive order that was never signed. There were discussions of appointing Trump attorney Sidney Powell as a special counsel, seizing voting machines or replacing the Justice Department’s leadership. It is a bizarre list, but it is also notable in that no final action was taken on such proposals. However, while repeatedly omitted by the Committee, Trump told his supporters to go to the Capitol “peacefully” to support Republicans challenging the election. At 1:11 p.m., Trump concluded his speech. Around 2:10 p.m., people surged up the Capitol steps. At 4:17 p.m., Trump made his statement to stop — roughly an hour and a half later. And as usual the regime media also downplayed the glaring failure of the J6 Committee to produce what it described as bombshell evidence of a criminal conspiracy by Trump. Members like Rep. Adam Schiff (D., Ca.) repeatedly promised that the next hearing would reveal such direct evidence only to have the same rehashing of the prior claims for prosecution. Despite the broad condemnation of Trump for his speech and conduct on that day, there is a difference between what is viewed as questionable behavior and what is chargeable as criminal conduct.

  23. Trump won't be banned. He is likely destined for the WH again, as 47. It's either him or Desantis.
  24. They need to act pretty quickly, as all bets are off Jan 3. So, forget it, you are barking up the wrong tree. Sec-3/14thA cannot take place as it involves a vote and time is too short. You will have to conjure up a new scheme to provide consolation. "The bill would need to pass both chambers of Congress, with only days before Republicans take control of the House and a substantial end-of-year agenda remaining. The legislation drops as the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021 assault on the Capitol prepares to release its final report next week. That committee is only authorized to operation until the end of the year." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/house-democrats-introduce-bill-to-bar-trump-from-office/ar-AA15mrDa
