I moved to Thai about a year ago within 2 months I was having gout attacks. I went to get my blood tested at Jomtien Hospital my uric acid level was too high. Doc said stop eating chicken and not 1 gout attack since. -
Putin is doing a pretty good job of destroying Russia's ability to fight any future wars. The U.S. needs a problematic 김정은/N. Korea so it can keep a military presence on the Asian continent.

I was at a Starbucks when I read this. I then slowly looked to my left..and to my right. I took my chances and hightailed it out of there, covering up my Venti with both hands.

Do whatever is best for your daughter and her mother. Live a very healthy lifestyle. We're very lucky we have options, most people in the world don't have what we have. -
The difficulty of avoiding sugar in Thailand.

It's very possible that if you have diabetes or pre-diabetes your liver is a very high 30% fat, and thus the fat has even spilled over to your pancreas. Doctors first came up with this theory, even they thought this theory was unlikely--so they decided to "kill the theory". They put a bunch of diabetic volunteers on a very calorie restricted diet(in order to lose fat FAST) of something like 800 calories a day. Incredibly their theory was right! It is the fat in your liver and pancreas that's causing diabetes and pre-diabetes. You don't have to go on such a restrictive 800kcal diet to cure your diabetes, they did that just to find out if their cockamamie theory was right. You probably have a fat % threshold you have to get under. As long as you stay under that % your diabetes symptoms will not return. It's up to you to find your fat threshold % and stay under. -
We're not in an obesity epidemic anymore, it's advanced to an OBESITY APOCALYPSE, affecting almost the entire globe. I left S, Korea back in 2010 they were still thin. Now? almost everybody is overweight/obese/morbidly obese. Here in Thailand they are becoming massive. I count 5 out of every 10 females are now overweight/obese/morbidly obese. It's a complete nightmare but this is the world we created.

https://www.homepro.co.th/p/1192480 Ok, I thought they all used water lines. Here's the model I fell in love with. Aside from clear door and ice dispenser how can I live without the "Knock 2 times and you see inside the refrigerator without opening the door" feature? -
I went to Home Pro yesterday and for some reason wandered over to the refrigerator section. I didn't think I needed a new fridge but they've got so many cool(haha) ones I'm now looking to buy. Heah yeah I gotta get one of those fancy one's with the clear door and ice dispenser. I just don't know how to filter the water. I can't use thai tap! Any of you tackle this problem successfully?

These are the DTG-Plus. Advertised as High Performance, I don't have time to check all specs right now I'll do it later tonight. But off hand they look pretty good..anything will be better than the OEM shocks.
-
Yes, I found out this YSS G-Six shock has a 36mm piston inside. Seems like this checks all the boxes. Should be a lot more comfortable over small bumps be sure to check your shocks are working properly after install(it's in the YT video I sent you).
-
This looks pretty good, it's the right size, it's gas charged, adjustable by hand, years 12-21. I usually do a couple weeks of research before pulling the trigger. I would definitely talk to your installer, show him the shocks your' considering. He will let you know if it will fit properly. Finally I don't know if this has 1 or 2 pistons inside I'll look for the specs and get back to you.
