  1. 235/60 R18? I see..those Westlake and Maxxi tires are decent, mid-level tyres. Dunlop and Michelin are some of the highest rated tires you can buy, thus the high price. Michelin's are very durable and long lasting. Dunlops have softer rubber, very good performance, such as traction and braking. The Dunlops would certainly be better but the Westlake's and Maxxi's will be fine if you're on a budget.
  2. How many KM's are on your current tires?
  3. A westerner has to be crazy to move to Thailand. Crazy like a fox😜

  6. Playing both sides of the fence!
  7. I'll probably check out South America. I can stay in Colombia on tourist visa for 6 months in a calendar year. The other 6 months I'd go to either Brazil or Argentina. I've lived in Panama before, I won't do that again as it rains A LOT from April to Nov.
  8. I suggest Israel just move to Baja California. The weather is similar, there's mountains and the ocean. They can build a new Masada, a wailing wall, the dome, the whole lot.
  9. Remember when a bunch of - YOU know who - divided the Middle East for themselves after kicking out the Ottomans, actively betraying their promises to the native people groups there just for the sake of fulfilling their own imperial desires. Over a century later, and this is where we are. Wars of extermination and basically unending anguish and prejudice. And - YOU know who - commenting on it from afar.
  10. Shove Hamas into the Sanai peninsula turn the Gaza strip into glass beads Hezbollah you're next sorry about the hostages LET'S GOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
  11. I'm concerned there's nothing we can do to fix global warming, especially since we're adding 80 million people a year to the planet.
  12. You already gave her two houses that's enough. Absolutely 100% DO NOT get married because you will LOSE A LOT MORE.
  13. Biggest threat to humanity? Everybody should know the work of the great Professor Al Bartlett.
  14. Same thing happened to me. When I go again in Jan I'm going to bring a ton of food to eat in my room to make up for the bland breakfast then eat at restaurants for lunch and dinner, which are much better.
  15. I'm going again for 3 nights in Jan. I think I'll enjoy the crowds and nice weather/beach/water much more.
  16. I was there 3 weeks ago. It's low season so the hotel prices are much, much cheaper than high season, which starts 1 Nov. Not crowded at all right now but the water was very rough and murky.
  17. I think you're right. I could see and feel the difference and it has weighed heavily on my mind ever since.
  18. Wow, 5.4 is a HUGE improvement. This just proves that lifestyle changes can have a drastic impact on health. I had a problem with a heavy heartbeat for over 15 years. Doctors told me I was fine, they didn't fully understand my problem. Finally, I did a 16/8 Intermittent Fasting for exactly 30 days. It worked, I haven't had any issue with heavy heartbeat since. My suspicion is I had a problem with an overactive vagus nerve and the IF calmed it down. Congrats on your success!
  19. No problem, yeah I know a nice comment on this forum is akin to finding hens teeth. Here's a short 10 min video about diabetes that really helped me a lot. Features Dr. Roy Taylor.
  20. Looks like you're doing pretty damn good for 76 years old. I wouldn't worry too much unless you start experiencing some serious symptoms. Good luck and good health!
  21. Seppius, I have the Thailand drivers study guide with sample test questions. I'm not going to lie you might want to check it out.
  22. I'm very happy you don't suffer symptoms. I thought I had at least pre-diabetes awhile back and I found that one of the world's most renowed specialist on diabetes had a theory that fat accumulation in the liver and then more fat bleeding over into the pancreas is the cause of most Type-2 Diabetes. He had a great success with a trial(Newcastle University Study) that put diabetics on a calorie reduced diet where they lost a significant amount of fat over 2 months. People can be quite thin but still have a fatty liver/pancreas. You might be close to your threshold it's possible if you lost just a few pounds your numbers would be vastly improved.
  23. Do you have any diabetes symptoms?
