It is a lot more complicated than that, biologically. It involves something called the SRY gene, which is usually located on the Y chromosome but can move. So, sometimes it can be found on an X-chromosome; if on the X-chromosome, the individual will appread phenotypically male but be XX. Then there are hormone interactions, which involve testosterone & the protein molecular receptor for the testoterone, if there is a mutation on either then the individual who is XY will appear phenoypically female even if genetically XY. You can also get XXY individuals, and other variations which are not so common. This is an enormously simplified view .......in others words it is a lot more complicated. Read up about it. Even wikipedia has sufficient information to get a general picture of some of the complexity involved.

Diet, both food & drink high in oxalates is one major source of bladder stones. In my case during a period of high stress, my mother was dying, it was due to too much red wine, and too much tea (both high in oxalates). Resulting bladder stone was pingpong ball sized - NOT PLEASANT. Removed by blasting with lasers - LITHOTRIPSY. -

Pure luck. I hope you do not catch, intubation is not fun. Although the latest genetic variant is not so bad as previous genetic strains. -
I was suffering from a pingpong ball sized bladder stone - excruciating pain. Ultracet was far more effective than what I was prescribed in UK - Co-Codamol & I could take less pills (I hate pills) & have a greater painkilling effect.
-
Try Ultracet, over the counter, very effective painkiller.
-
Be very careful when using aspirin, a friend almost died due to aspirin allergy. Had taken aspirin for a pulled back muscle, went into convulsions. He did not know he was allergic. Regular use (painkilling strength) can cause bleeding in the stomach.

Why are you here? Intrigued to know.
