Report Thailand Tackles Decline in School Enrolment and Teacher Workload
MarkBR replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Teachers should do only admin pertaining to the teaching of their subject. All these extraneous admin duties are just to save money so as to not pay someone. But is not the education budget very large? Rhetorical question - where is all the money going? -
Indeed, he is the greatest ally that China, Russia & other malign countries have. Diminishing the respect that other countries had for the USA with every passing day. Truly tragic.

Bread in US is actually poisoning you...
MarkBR replied to Red Phoenix's topic in Off the beaten track
If bread goes stale, bash it into breadcrumbs. Then add to various dishes. If it goes fungusy/furry - throw out!!! Contaminated food of any kind can be bad if contaminated by random fungi, especially Aspergillus flavus. Usually Aspergillus niger, not so bad but makes bread inedible. -

Any ultraprocessed food is bad - lack of nutrients & too little fibre. Need a range of short-chain-fatty (SCFAs) to be generated from resistant types of starch (Fructo-Oligosaccharides) FOS, (Galacto-OligoSaccharidess GOS, (Xylo-Oligosaccharides) XOS) inside your gut in order to have good health: Acetate, Butyrate & Propionate in a 3:1:1 ratio. So these types of resistant fibre that are in your diet come from a range of plant sources: plants in the Alliaceae (Garlic, onions, shallots, etc.), Asteraceae (Dahlias, Thistles (Artichokes, Cardoons), Sunchokes, Sunflowers) and others. -

And as long as England does not steal our money - it goes both ways. You stole the oil money in the 1980s to support the unemployed of the whoel of UK - due to recession caused by Thatcher embracing Reagan's fantasy trickle-down economics. .If we had got independence in the 1980s it is likely we would have been almost as rich as Switzerland. See the McCrone report.

Many who voted for Pheu Thai will no longer with such a huge betrayal of their futures - the destruction of many dreams of many young Thai entrepreneurs. Bhumjaithai will benefit massively, as will the Progressive Party. Will put Pheu Thai into a death spiral with collapsing votes. The political stupidity is spectacular. -

Health HIV Surge in Phuket: Health Warning and Student in Viral Ordeal
MarkBR replied to snoop1130's topic in Phuket News
If PreP drugs are used than no HIV Viral particles can be detected so there is zero possibility of transmission. Condoms next best method Also cannot be transmitted by oral sex as the mouth is full of lactobacilli (sauerkraut/cheese/yoghurt bacteria, etc); thus the mouth is an extremely hostile environment to most viruses.
