I've been using Kasikorn for over 2 years now and had no issues at all. I have the card, but use the Wise virtual card for credit card purchases. Don't use the website, only the app. I find the Kasikorn app superior to the Bangkok Bank app, with whom I also bank. The only annoying thing, on weekends, Wise transfers sometimes go through, sometimes they don't. Which means you have to send money on the Friday to cover your weekend expenses.

I guess the reason why German politicians extracted these billions from the German taxpayer for the benefit of other countries, is the same as elsewhere, corruption. From a young age promising German politicians are recruited to the Atlantik Bruecke, a body that fosters American and German politician ties, and other similar organizations no doubt offer ample recompense to German politicians who are willing to co-operate in achieving the financial goals of third parties, which are after all cloaked in high sounding ideallist packaging "Develop the East" "Atone for Nazism" etc. How else can one explain Jens Spahn and his husband buying a villa worth several millions as a private residence, when German politician salaries are hardly impressive. Clearly these politicians are well compensated in many ways. And they know who they have to please to get the big payday.. It ain't their German compatriots.

I had a Xiamoi robovac, the one that vacuums and wipes the floor with water. Iniitally the novelty of it will fill your heart with joy, and yes it does clean, provided your floors are not really dirty. However, a couple of things I didn't like: 1) Even with a well designed model like the Xiaomi you had to do quite a production, put all the chairs on the table, remove the shoes from the hall way, there could be nothing on the floor. Any cables they'll get caught. Doing that every time got a bit tiresome 2) The robovac will not do a deep clean, it works only if you use it regularly, which is a quite a bit of work see above. Not just that, but you also have to empty the dirt container, and fill the water tank. It's cool but I decided to use a maid instead, she comes 4 times a week, and does a much better job than the vaccum, also does the dishes, cleans the bathroom etc, at 700 baht a pop. So yes, it costs more, but I like it better, it's much less work for me than the robovac.

Again, there is no case law on the dismissal of a Fed Governor, since no president has previously used 12 U.S. Code § 242. to dimiss a governor for cause. Obviously the attorneys of Cook are interpreting and presenting the case law on removal of other officials in a way that favours the case, however, it is a very one-sided intepretation. One can equally argue, as the office of the President and his lawyers will no doubt do, that the position of Fed Governor imposes a higher standard of conduct on the official. In any even fraud is universally recognised as a very serious matter in alll the previous cases, something which Cook;'s lawyers ignore for obvious reasons. It would be a breach of trust of the employee relationship if Cook committed fraud. Neither USC nor the law, including case law, prescribe what cause is, this is for the courts to decide objectively on the facts of the case. And in the past the Supreme Court has been siding with Trump more often than not.
