I don't care what you believe, but yes people contact me to buy my house. Sure there are many properties that are for sale for years and may never get sold. Everything depends on location and building standard, but I can understand that a pensioner living in a 10K rental room has no idea about that.

I don't, I have a house as well, so I can split my time, and I want to move I can sell any time. My house which I built 12 years ago, I have several buyers who have offered me a huge profit, and that isn't taken into account the 12 years I lived rent free. But I'm not even interested to sell.

I had a similar letter few years ago when importing cheap Android devices. They were shipped with Fedex What I learned is. NBTC license can not be obtained once the items have arrived in Thailand. I got a few addresses from brokers, they charged me more than the goods were worth. Fedex said if it want to send them back I have to pay for the return shipping. At the end the seller refunded me half, and I told fedex to put them where the sun doesn't shine. About 1 month later a Fedex delivery guy delivered the goods on my doorstep, no charges. Of course you don't want to risk that with an expensive phone

Did you notice that the return is from November 2022? Pickup is supposed by Flash which is just a stone throw away from where I live. Four street turns or 1.9 km/ I got refunded in June 2023, still pending pickup today

Maybe you should have a check up with an eye doctor. Some issues can not be resolved with lenses. My left eye, I was diagnosed with a leak between retina and eyeball (or something like that) and you can't adjust that with lenses

I recall many moons ago me returning from a trip to my home country with my ex girlfriend. On return the customs officer aks to open the luggage. I look at him and with my hand point to my shoulder. He just put it back and that was the end of the story

I'm not sure if this is correct, or maybe I misunderstand. The passport that has your extension is supposed also to have the original visa stamp, even if that one is 15 years dated. At least that is what happened when I renewed my passport 7 years ago
