    Your extension will be ok until it expires. you can then get 12 month extensions based on having a Thai child providing you can prove you are the legal father.

    Why don't you make a will so that she gets it when you kick the bucket? They are pretty cheap and easy to do.

    Pretty easy for a foreign woman with a Thai Husband Not so easy for a man with a Thai Wife. Even 12 month extensions for a woman married to a Thai man are much easier. They do not need money in the bank unlike a man. As said you will need 3 years continuous extensions and pay income tax in Thailand.
