Your extension will be ok until it expires. you can then get 12 month extensions based on having a Thai child providing you can prove you are the legal father. -

For marriage extensions you have to be living with your Wife. Retirement Extensions would be the way to go if you are over 50. Running a farm? not so sure on that. -

I give them 4 photos in and around the house. One showing the house address. Never given a bedroom photo and never will. That is just too weird. -

As far as I know the money has to be in the bank on the day you apply. Not 2 months before. -
You are extending your permission to stay , so you should be OK.

You can get a 60 day extension to visit Wife from Immigration. Providing you have not already applied for one on this stay.

Pretty easy for a foreign woman with a Thai Husband Not so easy for a man with a Thai Wife. Even 12 month extensions for a woman married to a Thai man are much easier. They do not need money in the bank unlike a man. As said you will need 3 years continuous extensions and pay income tax in Thailand. -
That's why most Thais shout a lot. Most are deaf.

As said, the extension will be given up to the passport expiry date. -
Welcome to the land of noise. Not a lot you can do about it. You wait until 4 decide to die in the same week. 4 different speaker stacks blasting out at the same time for days. That is what we just had to endure. Glastonbury has got nothing on this lot.
