    Appreciate all of the above. As there is an alternative (albeit expensive) I still am a little reluctant to injest Cyanide. Maybe it's just me lol.

    I read many times not to choose the B Vitamin Complex supplement that contains Cyanide in B12. Most of those on sale actually do contain Cyanide. There are a few that do not but these are more expensive. Would you knowingly put Cyanide in your body? Or pay the premium price for the product that does not contain it?
