    Go to the police and report the theft. You will need a police report to get another passport. A bit late now but stay away from agents and do it yourself. It is pretty simple to do.

    Yes. Visa on arival is only available to a few. Gives a stay of 15 days and costs money.

    Extensions of Stay can be done at least 30 days before. Why would you wait until the last day?
