    My Wife (Thai) is flying to Samui next Tuesday 22nd. From BKK. She has 3 covid jabs and Mor Prom app. We are assuming this is ok as it is impossible to get hold of Bangkok Airways and ask. I assume they don't want any customers.

    60 days to visit Wife needs marriage certificate and Wife to be with you. 12 month extension requires 400,000 in the bank for 2 months or proof of 40,000 monthly income plus a bunch of other stuff.

    You can use a combination of bank deposit and monthly income.

    When your deposit matures it stays in tha account and rolls over for another 3 years. Plus the interest. Up to you if you want to withdraw the interest or leave it there.

    You report to the office where you got your extension. I.e the office that covers the area where you live. Why would you want to use Bangkok?

    Does he currently have a Visa or an extension of stay? If a Visa he can stay. If an extension it will end on the day his job ends. He will be given 7 days to leave. I cannot think of any other legal option to stay without leaving the the country and returning with a Visa or a Vise Exmpt Entry.
