    You did not need a Re Entry Permit. The O-A Visa is valid for 12 months from date of issue. You get multiple entries of 12 months until the visa expires.

    Be aware that you will need an onward flight ticket if you don't have a Visa. You could be denied entry to the flight.     Do they? Why? All quite normal. When I got my first marriage extension it took 8 months to be aproved. Had to return every month for another stamp.
