He even built an enormous bridge to keep Russia connected to Crimea, then the US upped the pressure again, and Putin saw what was going on, then decided to take more land to get a land-bridge to Crimea. Like I said, this was all pretty predictable to anyone with half a brain. Now we are in another Proxy-War of our own making, and it is going nowhere fast. Any motorized vehicle on the street should be registered and insured, and required to have a VIN, hopefully those states wise up and require this in the future.

Complete BS! Just make sure to have front/back dashcams and there will be no question as to what happen. As a foreigner, I can't see why they wouldn't have one, unless they know they drive badly, and don't want any evidence to condemn themselves. In this case though, it appears he is making a right turn across multiple lanes of traffic, not the wisest thing to do here in Thailand. Next time turn left and go find a marked U-Turn area, they are plentiful here.
