America has spend trillions for what result ? Vietnam ? Afghanistan ? Irak ? Libya ? ... Except Vietnam, all the other cited countries are in a global mess of the american military heritage. No to mention the mess America's politics has been causing to the world for the last say 50 years at least,. No hard feeling please to my american friends, as most of you do agree...🙏

I am sure that all those Bentley's, Mercs and other luxury branded cars with Ukrainian plates (UA), seen cruising all over the prime luxury cities of Europe...I am sure that they are very grateful for the sacrifice of their boys, usually from the lower and poor classes of their society.

Of course UK will be lacking and it's public coffers empty. With all the billions given out to Ukraine, not to mention the rest.

Definately safer in SE Asia, then most cities in France, quite a few nordic european countries, or other east european countries. Of course not to mention some dodgy areas of course in cities in the UK and of course good ole' America. Won't even mention South America... As for Thailand, yes it's very safe. Provided you keep to yourself, never enter any argument with a local or some falang high under drugs or some falang real estate developper with ties to local criminal gangs.

Sure the tax dodgers amongst the super rich are looting somewhat. But look closer at all those tax havens under dutch, uk, American or some EU nation's supervision. These nations complain but up to them to clean up things in their territories.

No matter which brand, but those toothpaste tubes I always bring back and that are given complimentary in hotel bathroom goodies...I must say that it is great to clean the toilets, sink and other bathroom and kitchen areas. As it is strong enough to remove stains but not that harsh as the cleaning products that wreck your silicone joints in the bathroom and kitchen.

Had it been regular Mr Joe Soap or Mrs John Doe,would they have been released so soon ?

Those who have been comming for some time to Thailand, are well able to spot out those fine LB's. It is always also very funny when having a drink along NANA, to watch those falang bodybuilt types, with tatooes over, meekyly following few steps behind a 6,2 ft tall LB to his/her hotel. Thinking that all those watching and laughing are not aware on what's going on !! 🤣

I am surprised on a daily basis on the stupidity of many tourists. First of all one does not wear and display such expensive items during travel. Thank god this was in Thailand where even a genuine watch will usually be considered as a cheap grade A, MBK fake !! The oversized ego's of many can lead them to their own loss.

History has long shown us that be them Rep's or Dem's, right wing or left wing...in the east or the west...politicians in general are usually a bunch of corrupt *****. Obviously with few exceptions to this rule. Democracy seems to have reached it's limits. But do not refrain from voting, If one side pisses you off, vote for their opponents. May not change anything, .But it sends a clear message to all that if they mess with your power of spending and money, you have the power to bounce them out of their cushy seats in parliament.

Well the Brits seem to accept to be "subjects" of their Royal masters, so what to say ? But history has long prooved that the higher they are on the food chain no matter where in the world, the weirder and more shrewd they can get.
