How did they manage to find out the posters gender from their investigations ? A Mod got infuriated when she replied to him with "Phhhurrrrt" , the Mod then claimed that Y was a Male and banned her and the only evidence that he provided was her location and he didn't even offer any evidence to back that allegation up

Yes, that's me . Lawyers are qualified to know the law , that is the subject they study . How is her age and gender relevant ? Like, she has no idea what she talking about because shes 31 years old, a female and her Dad was born in Tel Aviv and that proves it is a war crime 🤔? No one was forced to go anywhere though , they were just advised to go , so no war crime there Israel is not obliged to supply Palestinians with commodities , like food and water , so no war crime there

A war crime isn't a war crime just because a Country says it is , it would need to be an actual war crime for it to be a war crime . Do you know what a war crime is ?

This wasn't a war crime . This was a legitimate strike at Hamas and the people in question got caught in the cross fire Hamas were the target for the strike

In your post , it does say that the family were staying in "a city roughly eight miles south of Wadi Gaza and outside the evacuation zone." They weren't staying in a safe area

The difference being that Hamas deliberately targeted the Israeli babies , went looking for them with the sole intention of killing them . Israel is hunting down those baby killers (in Gaza) and told Palestinians to vacate the area, move their babies out the firing line . Israel gave the Palestinian kids a chance to survive , that chance wasn't given to the Israeli kids

No , YOU are clear now , I have no idea what you are trying to say . If Palestinians commit a horrendous terror attack and the next day you walk around waving Palestinian flags , that may be construed as supporting the terror attacks , if on the other hand you support terrorism, then by all means walk around the next day waving their flags about
