No offence, but when it comes to deciding whether to issue certain "certificates" or "documentations" for patients I`d rather follow my lawyer`s advice and what I have learned when preparing for the Thai dental board exam than to anything I read in an internet forum with all those "specialists". Anyone asking me for some "certificate" will have to show me a form from the authorities, stating what I have to certify plus that I am legally allowed to do that.
