Omicron now dominant COVID-19 variant among new cases in Thailand
Jingthing replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
As predicted. -
Can anyone say whether the RGP vaccine thingie is open THIS week or not?
-
Yeah, sure, wear a mask. Badge or not.
-
You weren't there. End of.

Where I live it's mostly Thais and sad to say Russians that are the least compliant.
-
Yes, and all Thais are the same. We all knew that.

Again, you know your experience. You are not God. You don't know everyone's experience.

I think your post is rather over the top but in essence I agree that as outsiders and subject to irrational scapegoating it's in our interest to behave BETTER than the locals. I do. But if I saw someone of any description outdoors away from people without a mask or wearing it improperly I would think -- NO PROBLEM.
-
You were there, huh? Your personal experience reflects on everyone else's, eh? Wow!

This would not be required but if I was to do a multiple account application I would prepare a composite summary sheet of transactions. In other words for each transaction on both accounts I would include a dated entry with the account composite balance. Then the IO could just eyeball that summary sheet to see you were in compliance for the entire year for balance levels. If either account had a massive number of transactions that would be too much work though. Also if doing that it would be important for the sums to be accurate.

It's clear that many Thais believe f-rangs are responsible for the Covid pain here so to those people we can be targets of idiocy. I agree no need to wear a mask if outside away from people but xenophobes may not be the best at judging that not all situations are the same.

Jingthing replied to Shannoblic's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Not normally. But in any case the 800k still needs to be maintained for three months after the extension approval. -

You have to understand the context. Start with the season episide 1. Different people have different tastes. Don't like it don't watch it. -

The entire story line with the young Latina that can't act that he's forced to cast has me laughing out loud just thinking about her bad acting. https://www.thefocus.news/tv/curb-your-enthusiasm-maria-sofia/ -

Not exactly but there is so much good stuff that if something doesn't hook you in, then just stop watching it with no regrets. Television has moved on from Mayberry which never existed in the first place. -

When the proof of life letters resume whenever that is, this is how I would suggest dealing with not getting the first letter. No first letter? Do nothing. No second letter? Wait awhile to account for slow mail service. Still no second letter? Email Manilla FBU to report the problem. They will reply with the current method for a non standard filing. Do that. Also by reporting the problem you will have a record of that. Cheers
