Aggressive Ladyboys in Thailand.
I can't either. It's the only reason I continue scrolling this thread.

Best online vendor
I order via Line - just did it last week. I could pay in advance with a QR code, but I also live in Bangkok.

I like these guys: https://cannabis-deal.com/ Their prerolls of weed mixed with tobacco are good.

Thailand to Reconsider Cannabis Laws Amid Industry Concerns
That's true about the quality, as well as questionable use of pesticides if it's an outdoor grow. I've been told by store owners that at least some of it comes from outside the country, which makes me even more skeptical about the purity. However, I think it's better for a market solution to address this. Weed was already getting better. Get the government out of the way.

Thailand's Hospitals Let Patients Buy External Meds
In the US the hospitals are increasingly aggressive and punitive. Multiple armed guards and nurses/admis don't hesitate to call them, doctors will withhold pain medication, you have to sign extensive contracts during admittance and can't have a lawyer review it. You really can't protest that much and even if you file a complaint, the police/prosecutors/regulators will back the hospital.

Has this forum collectively given up on the UK?
Check out what's happening in South Korea and think about the patriot US soldiers who sacrificed, only for now to have it turned into a woke Chinese colony.

Marriage for Care in Old Age: What If It Backfires?
I'm not sure if emotional ridicule and sneering faces reaches the level of a police complaint. She controls the money and won't pay for a nursing home. He'd need a divorce, but in his upper 90s. He has no family. Someone mentioned being with a woman for a while to learn what she's like. There were signs all along it would go in this direction, but no one knew how bad.

Thailand Sets New Ride-Hailing Rules for October Rollout
In Bangkok, it vastly widens the places you can go. Taxi drivers don't know how to get everywhere, refuse to use GPS, and it's a nightmare to give them directions from the backseat while reading your Google maps.

Marriage for Care in Old Age: What If It Backfires?
There's a third way, which is once the man is isolated and significantly weakened, the wife turns on him and becomes terribly abusive. We're going through that now in my family in the US. Everyone keeps begging the wife to not be so nasty to her ailing husband, but she just can't stop herself. It's a horrible way to spend your final years.

Bhumjaithai Leads Charge: Drug Crisis Now Top Priority
I'm tired of those people ruining things for everyone else. Why must society be designed around drug addicts?

Strong Baht Threatens Thailand’s Economic Edge
I've noticed this also in the US. Baristas, hair dressers, and also at places like farmer's markets. They are frequently obnoxious about it, too. It makes everything much more unpleasant. At the same time, most people like them used to be able to better afford things like housing and car with insurance, even on those salaries, and now they can't.

Light pollution
I loved getting up at 5 a.m. in Bangkok with my tomcat and we would both sit on the porch while I sipped a coffee, looking out at the yard and alley. A beautiful way to start the day. Then the city installed a new LED street light and it floods our yard with the harshest light imaginable. I'm guessing the lights were meant for four-lane roads, but we just have a one-lane alley. I really miss sitting out there. The cat just runs off to better shade, and I'm squinting and getting agitated under the bright lights and so give up and go inside. I speak to other Thais on the street and they absolutely do not understand the problem, plus they sleep late. I get the impression they'd prefer every dark space completely illuminated.

Try going to Don Don Donki and listing to their corporate jingle, again and again.

Out of control dogs
I feel the same way. The soi dogs attacked my female cat. She survived with just a few teeth-scars, but it was a close call. I wouldn't get cats again in Bangkok because I can't stand keeping them in the house. The difference in their personality when they are allowed to roam versus their entire lives in a house is remarkable.

Out of control dogs
But they are still causing problems on the street. They need to be euthanized.
-
Out of control dogs
There's a problem with this that the government and not-for-profits try to hide: after the spaying/neutering, the dog is released back onto the streets.

Toms of Thailand: Do you love them, too?
My wife's sister is a tomboy. Alone in her upper 50s now doing Grab deliveries, but back in the day she plowed through a huge number of feminine Thai women. There were even fights over her.

Two good cannabis products. Any others?
1. When available, they mix tobacco with cannabis and place it in a pre-roll. If it's not on the site, just ask and they may make it for you. I know mixing like this can be done at home, but whatever they use works well. It's a very creative, energetic buzz. https://cannabis-deal.com/shop/?min_price=&max_price=&category=pre-rolls 2. Cobra Kush infused pre-roll. I normally don't like indicas, but this was good. No couch lock. Very relaxing and introspective/creative. When buying from this company, contact them via Line and ask if there is a promotion and you can get a discount for buying more than one. https://kiefez.com/cobra-kush/ What are some other strains that people like that are available for sale online?

Digital Transfers Suspended Amid Mule Account Crackdown
That's interesting - they could just assign baht amounts to their various accounts and not really have the money. Surely there are safeguards against this. There's only one bank doing this so aggressively, and there are persistent rumors of it having financial problems.

Modern Weed is Poison
I completely agree with this guy in the video. Modern weed isn't really spiritual, it just makes your mind cloudy or turns you inward. A trope in older movies was to show someone becoming giggly and talkative after taking a hit. It was an exaggeration, but there was truth in it compared to the modern sedation impact.

Thailand Ranks 34th as Portugal Tops Global Retirement List
Uruguay is along the ocean. A bit chilly, but I rented a car and drove along the coast. I really liked it, sort of like 1950s US, but it feels very remote and I'm not sure I want to live there.
