  1. Where do you get those? I tried a "Round 12" infused from the Highland festival, but haven't been able to find any others.
  2. Many of the women give off those vibes. It seems like a bad problem with boys also.
  3. Why do you say that? They seem to show more kindness than the women in the West, but maybe that's just what I've been around. They also seem quite dedicated to seeing their kids succeed, though they are channeled into the wrong direction by the government.
  4. I've tried it several times and didn't think much of it. But as someone else said, they add things like cough syrup to the bottles they sell.
  5. The best thing they did to stop scamming was cracking down on the people doing the scams, like in Mynamar and apparently Cambodia. This is control-freak behavior. Bankers aren't cops.
  6. Prediction: this new requirement won't put an end to bot farms and scamming.
  7. I feel like many Thai people are obsessively monitoring the people around them. Hyper-scrutinizing every little thing for just the slightest inconsistency or change. I find it very uncomfortable, and your advice is good.
  8. LEX has always been good, but I've had Flash deliver to the wrong address three times. It must be their GPS because it's always at the same location. The picture they take of the deliver has GPS coordinates which really helps. The driver has always been able to go back the next day and get the package and deliver it.
  9. They definitely can't afford to buy it at bars and restaurants. It's crazy expensive in the US now.
  10. "Thaksin, a figure with significant financial clout, is reportedly mobilising his resources behind the scenes"
  11. To me the Thai potatoes seem fresher and, compared to the supermarket ones in the US, have slightly more flavor.
  12. I agree. Go ahead and have corruption, but not in a way that embarrasses everyone. Just like the Rama 2 highway failures or the building collapse.
  13. Plus an 860 billion baht government deficit for FY 2026 and no clear way to borrow all that money.
  14. Can't people just say it's AI video now? Here's Trump with some young pu**y. trumpwithcat.mp4
  15. Thailand has an 880 billion baht government deficit and is only able to borrow 500 billion baht domestically to cover it, at best. I think they run out of money by mid 2026 unless foreigners also want to loan them more. If not, government payments stop. Bangkok Post - Financing FY 2026 deficit will fall short
  16. But at least there's a way to treat it: Michael Douglas: "it's a sexually transmitted disease that causes cancer. And if you have it, cunnilingus is also the best cure for it." Source: Michael Douglas: oral sex caused my cancer | Michael Douglas | The Guardian
  17. No. I've been to two other vets and they didn't require it, but this one did. It approached being creepy because they were collecting a lot of information. Bangkok will be requiring all pets and pet owners to be registered with the government soon, so I assume this is a precursor to that.
  18. I took my cat to a vet for his ear mites and they required me to show my passport to get him treatment. It was ridiculous, but I agree it seems like a bad habit that many Thais have.
  19. The 10,000 items no longer under tariffs is potentially great news. Amazon offers free shipping to Thailand, so it really makes things better here.
  20. Both these cats had malnourished mothers that had trouble with nursing, so that makes sense. Both also had congenital problems, which is inbreeding or bad breeding. My wife and I were both really naive about this.
  21. Our one-year-old cat went through the same thing. The vet did a bunch of tests and didn't find anything, so prescribed several medications including just-in-case antibiotics. We didn't give him anything. It took about a week and he recovered. In our case, we were using floor cleaner which is poisonous to cats and my wife had done a bunch of cleaning and it got all over his paws. Maybe just wait it out and see what happens.
  22. I'm curious about this comment. We've had two Thai cats and they were both unhealthy from the start. Is this common? Or do they die wandering on the roads or from the Soi dogs, which also seems common.
  23. I've noticed the results of this in a lot of Thai men. Beaten down and discouraged.
  24. I had problems like this earlier this year during all of the air pollution. Increasing the humidity in the house helped, constant mopping of the floors helped a little (got rid of the layer of particles). But a week of taking Ivermectin is what let me recover. It gave me a break and chance to heal. However, your problem may be something different. If you can, try running a shower and make your home or room really humid. If you get relief, maybe try the above.
  25. What's your recipe and coffee brand? I haven't been able to make a good cup of coffee with mine.
