Boycott of US goods spreading worldwide poor donald

Maybe because they are not sheeple? Why would any country allow their economy be damaged, and just look on and let the orange idiot get away with it? -
Depositing gold at Hua Seng Heng

Why you don't try to find out by yourself, or go away? I didn't get any answers to my question, so I purchased the gold, and stored it where I thought it would be safe. I gave you my OPINION on your question. I haven't done any research at all, and I also never made that claim, because I purchased the gold a long time before you even entered this thread. Feel free to post YOUR research here, -

I started a thread on December 26 and didn't get a single answer. Two months later, someone who joined in 2015 but with zero post history, suddenly reiterates the thread and keeps going on about where I store my gold purchase. To satisfy his questions, I answer that I think Hua Seng Heng is a credible source, but don't reveal where I store my purchase. But you keep going, trying to find out where I store my purchase. Here is the key question. What is your agenda? -

I wonder why you are so curious to know where I store the gold I bought. Only a real fool would brag about that he bought gold and tell anyone where he stores it. It's like putting a sign on your front gate, "gold inside". https://steemit.com/gold/@dgoldd/storing-precious-metals-will-gold-and-silver-survive-a-house-fire Golds melting point is at 1064°C. Silvers is at 961.8°C.Whereas the average house fire burns at around 600°C.So at a glance it looks like both silver and gold should survive the “average” house fire. -

Because if in the future I want to sell just 1 bar, I always have to drive to Bangkok, which is a 300km roundtrip and takes the best part of a full day. I'm sure I can sell it at a local dealer, at a small discount. I haven't posted where it is stored, and I also will not post this on the forum, but the being burglarized is just silly. Even if I would have 20kg of gold just stored in the cupboard, nobody will know, even not people who visit. I live more than 30 years in Thailand, and I have never been burglarized, neither has anyone I know, so what are the chances? Some people are scared of their own shadow, it seems -
Today I went to the hospital for the blood test, and as expected it was a jump through hoops. I had previously visited the hospital, and got confirmation about all the test, with the price quoted. I was told that I didn't have to see a doctor, ad no additional tests were needed, but for the Thyroid test it was required to see the doctor. So I had planned to do that test at Lifecare lab, where the Thyroid program is 1400 baht. Today on arrival I was told they also couldn't do the Hb1Ac test and there was a requirement to have the Xray and Electro Cardio Graph included in the test, which would add 550 baht. I didn't need to see a doctor, but the doctor fee would be added anyway, which would add another 200 baht. So it was a clear case of someone making up new rules on the spot. Unfortunately for them, when it comes to making up new rules on the spot, I beat them hands down. So I went around talking with other departments in the hospital, until I found someone who knew his job. At the end all tests, including the thyroid test were done, without seeing a doctor (or the fee included), and no additional test required. Now the blood also was taken directly in the laboratory department, where previously it was to be done in the health care department. Below is a screenshot of all the tests that were included and the total price ws 1530 baht, which I think is a bargain compared to private labs The only disadvantage is that I have to go back after 2 hours to pick up the result, because sending it to me by email was still a no no.

Losing out with on-line TM47 applications
CallumWK replied to cliveshep's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I'm not missing the point at all. The OP claims that 90 days is actually only 75 days, which is incorrect, because I made the last 2 reports just the day before the due date. I don't know if it depends on the individual office, but if that is the case, they can fool you only once. -

Great mind you are. I didn't realize that an online report involved a drive into an immigration office. If your online report isn't done on time for them, it will be rejected, and you still have 7 days left to do it in person. -

So a 60x60 tile at 145 baht is cheaper than a 120x240 sheet at 120 baht. Back to maths class. And it is a lot more work because there is a frame every 60cm, and it has to be 100% correct or the tile doesn't fit, while with a plasterboard it doesn't matter if the frame is not 100%, as it is invisible. The OP didn't ask for patterns, so that is another lame excuse

Thaksin Dismisses US Sanctions Over Uyghur Deportations
CallumWK replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Oh here we have Thaksin's personal spokesman, parroting the lies his master spouts. https://world.thaipbs.or.th/detail/canada-and-us-offered-uyghurs-in-thailand-asylum-before-deportation-to-china/56739 The US offered to resettle the 48 Uyghurs, said an official from the US State Department. "The US has worked with Thailand for years to avoid this situation, including by consistently and repeatedly offering to resettle the Uyghurs in other countries, including, at one point, the US," the US official said, asking not to be named. Canada also offered asylum to the detained Uyghurs, said four sources, including diplomats and people with direct knowledge. Two of these sources said another offer came from Australia.- 51 replies
