  1. That one went over your head...did you hear it as it went by? That tongue in cheek humour that avoided you...
  2. Would be incredibly dopey to buy two of those small ovens. What happens if you want a pizza or to do anything that requires a bigger space? One might make sense for energy saving. Better to buy one of the larger convection ovens/air fryers as a second oven. A lot cheaper too. No one has yet convinced me of the benefit of spending more than double on one.
  3. 1319 + delivery..
  4. 15% off makes it 1,700 baht. I guess the extra is the delivery charge. Though not for me, as too small and more than double the price of the larger oven. If it were 899, I would buy one just for the novelty.
  5. Hasn't arrived...
  6. Not even close. Just blatantly trying to fool people or at least get people searching for Xiaomi and thinking they found one a super deal:
  7. Obviously nothing to do with Xiaomi. It's not even a copy. I'd be wary. Theirs looks like this:
  8. Not for 899 baht. Post the link.
  9. I wouldn't buy a Halogen oven in the first place. The light clicking on and off could be an annoyance. Heated ring would be my choice. Air Fryer? Since you can do everything you can do in the air fryer, in the bigger convection oven and you need to get the oven out from time to time anyway, then the obvious choice if having only one choice, would be the bigger 12 litre oven.
  10. Is the spelling that you used from the advertising? Because it's surely not a genuine Xiaomi. Their Mi Air Fryer costs 1,990 baht. Personally I would have purchased a couple of these https://www.makro.pro/en/p/2xrtgq6-7352839438531
  11. Yes, you can renew that yourself. Perhaps the day before your package expires, you can top up the 2500 baht and then click through here: https://m.ais.co.th/2500B4Mbps12M The page with full information is here, but it isn't translated: https://aiscallcenter.ais.co.th/ikm/acc/index.php?kmid=KM1068732 Page for just your package is here: https://aiscallcenter.ais.co.th/ikm/acc/index.php?kmid=KM1129847 But unless you are thinking of upgrading or downgrading, my very first link(in Bold) is all that you need. Call centre should be able to apply it too. No need to get up from your armchair. They have a choice of 1Mbps(1800 baht), 4Mbps(2500 baht) and 6Mbps(3500 baht).
  12. Call AIS on 1175 to ask them what you have currently and get back to me with the reply. Then I can tell you if it is a package that you can renew yourself or whether you'll need AIS to do it for you.
  13. I would say yes, but best to get one with an extension ring, taking the heat source further away. That will help to stop the top from burning whilst the underside remains soggy.
  14. You or the slow cooker? I use mine nearly every day. You can make soups, casseroles, stews(made a Greek stew with, chicken, dried tomatoes, Feta cheese, bell peppers and Kalamata olives etc) curries(Indian, Thai, Malaysian..)...
  15. You don't have a contract. We don't know what package you have. The least you can do is actually find out, rather than asking totally abstract questions here 😊 Is it unlimited 1Mbps & 4 Mbps over 12 months? Tap *121*3# and then the Dial key. What does the SMS reply say?
  16. It's 12 months and they still do. Both DTAC and Truemove H. AIS does not and did not ever. You need to work on your powers of recall. Half of it you just made up 😊
  17. Greedy b*stards. It's a school, not a prison.
  18. So, you have a possible answer as to why. It doesn't work with TRUE.
  19. You must be cringing inside. The difference between Mastercard/VISA and the varying 'spot' rate is minimal. Likely less than 0.5%. It's your bank that levies charges. For standard cards, expect up to 3%. Many have cards with no charges, but for the sake of illustration, we'll use 3%. So, we can add 3% for conversion when buying GBP credit. That takes the cost from AU$0.05628 to AU$0.05768, a difference of one seventh of one Australian cent per minute. Total cost 5.768 cents per minute with potential exchange rate costs.
  20. Which network?
  21. Gosh you are pathetic. You quoted US$ prices. Are you completely thick? 😊 I had to convert them to AU$, showing that your recommendation is much more expensive. No amount of conversion charge with make up for that. Let's say you could buy AU$10 using US$ via xe.com at the mid-market rate. That would cost US$6.594. With a Mastercard from the USA, that would cost US$6.607. Your attempt to use exchange rates at a mitigating factor has also fallen flat on it's face. Just give it up, you are already scraping the barrel.
  22. I guess you are beginning to see your blunder by now. You choose to top up Skype in US$, but then quoted the subsequent charges in AU$. A bit dopey, considering your were 'smart' enough to remember to convert the Localphone prices. If you top up in AU$, then the Skype costs in AU$ are shown here: AU$0.264c for the first minute and AU$0.14c for each subsequent minute. More expensive than even if you use the US$ top up option of Localphone at AU$0.01137c per minute. Now on to your assertion that the OP "had issues getting his Amaysim onto the network".... Really? That did not even happen. The OP does not even have an Amaysim. That is what happens when you choose to argue without even taking a second to check for the reality. As to Landlines, about which the OP did not ask, I'll use the most expensive Localphone tariff to make it as fair as I can for you. Localphone charge US$0.015c/AU$0.027. Skype absolutely best price is AU$0.032c plus a AU$0.069c connection charge. So far, you've got most everything badly wrong. As to your question with regard to 1300 numbers.. find out for yourself by starting your own thread or doing your own research. The OP asked about mobile numbers in Australia. VISA/Mastercard have excellent exchange rates. It really seems that you don't understand anything at all.
  23. I was going to ask if you were a bit thick...but I'm going to take it easy on you. Look again, The OP has posted two separate questions within this thread. The first, obviously, is the first post. Now look at Page 2, seventh post. The OP asks whether it's worth using Amaysim to call his friend's mobile phone which is in Australia. At which point I informed him of Amaysim's offer and advised that Localphone is better. In my post after that, I showed how to get the PAYG price of Localphone down to AU$0.056c per minute. The fact that you chose to top up using the most expensive option of US$ when you could have chosen GBP for your comparison, shows the paucity of your argument. The cheapest PAYG option with Localphone is AU$0.056c per minute. Is the OP from the USA? If not, why are you choosing the most expensive option of topping up in US$? Even if we take the most expensive option, then the cost is AU$0.1137 per minute with no connection charges. So far, we have the OP asking about Amaysim, me informing him of their offer and then me illustrating that Localphone PAYG can cost AU$0.056c per minute for calling mobile phones in Australia. Since I already posted that and you passed over that information in order to quote the more expensive US$ top up figure, then it's obviously you who, yet again, are misleading readers by not giving the full information, facts, and prices. Are you taking this all in? Now, let's get to your 'recommendation'. By your own illustration, the cost is shown as US$0.10c plus a Connection Charge of US$0.089c for the first minute. That is AU$0.189c for the first minute and AU$0.10c for each subsequent minute. That's AU$0.29c for the first minute and AU$0.15 for each subsequent minute. How does that compare with AU$0.056c per minute with no connection charge? I really want to refer back to my first sentence....but I won't. 😊 Please...stop. It's only going to get more embarrassing for you.
  24. Is there a reason why you chose to compare a vendor selling an OEM package with a seller offering a retail package? Why not like for like? Compare with a cheaper OEM seller, such as; https://www.premiumcdkeys.com/products/windows-11-professional-oem-key 153 baht in comparison to 558 baht. Why should someone pay more? Is on legit and the other not? You have no idea, do you? Your premise is nonsensical.
  25. They can top up for up to a year in advance. Why would he need to do it every month? That's just something that you do. Stop being mean and get it done if you want to keep the number. If you cannot be bothered with it, lose the number or port it to DTAC or Truemove H, where they have a different system for extending validity. This is how it works, take it or leave it.
