    As an adult, I do have an NHS dentist; BUT he will not do much for me without charging somewhat more than the NHS fees! No longer a big problem since I rarely visit the UK these days, and I know two very reasonably priced ZahnArtz here.

    Sure it is, but that is an hours drive away! And it is now so overcrowded that it can take many hours to get prepared cussed there! So many will no doubt stick with 5,000thb “luxury limousine priority service” (I am sure that if necessary they can arrange for one to pass all the tests!!).

    But an hour is a long time for such a small thing! Also, in the Pattaya area one has to first also go and make a booking and even that can take an hour! As a result, many here pay 5,000 to an agent to help them either thevehole process, including chauffeur service for the necessary two trips.

    Well, I did try to find an answer on that website, but there was nothing there about joint ownership of condos!. Not surprising really! But I can try asking them, if I can find someone who knows what I mean!

    Yes, this is done in many countries, such as Brazil.

    I am in a similar situation, but I already bought an expensive condo! My question concerns the fact that there are two names listed (on the Chanote) as “owners of the condo” : so can I use it as my investment?
