  1. Hmm, ok. Accepted. As the chinese tourists make 10% only, how about making the same offers for Europe during school holiays? And the US? And Arab countries? And... etc.pp. They say it's "only 10%". So why do they get a brown tounge as soon China is involved?
  2. "Bondi says Epstein client list 'sitting on my desk right now,' and is reviewing JFK, MLK files. Bondi herself advocated for the release of the Epstein list in 2024." 21st February, Fox news. Link: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bondi-says-epstein-client-list-sitting-my-desk-right-now-reviewing-jfk-mlk-files "US justice department finds no Epstein 'client list'" BBC news, 6 days ago. Link: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cm2m879neljo So somebody was or is lying. And it's clear that the leftish dems are not involved, as they are not in power to do so...
  3. So why can't America export enough goods? They have NOTHING except weapons or "IT" that other countries want. Cars for example - they design and produce for the US only. Nobody else wants an US car. So instead of doing some homework to produce things that are demanded worldwide you complain that we - outside of the US - shall buy stuff that's not worth the money. "Econ course" - eh?
  4. For The Birds (1080p) (Pixar Short Films)
  5. You could once visit a first-level course in economics to possibly understand that international division of labor is not an evil to be combated, but a key driver of prosperity. Those who impede imports, as Trump has done with his tariff policy, ultimately slow down capital inflows. Countries can only invest in the US if they have trade surpluses. But Trump is using precisely this surplus as justification for his insane tariffs. That's no long-term strategy. Only a short-term staging.
  6. The White House now treats the rest of the world like a debt collection agency, collecting outstanding debts at will without any comprehensible basis. It's no wonder that willingness to pay is limited. Wall Street sneers at Trump for puffing himself up, but always giving in in the end. And even the deals Trump has made so far are, at best, framework agreements. Or they simply restore the old status quo, which Trump himself had previously destroyed with his tariff threats. The US president has only just reached a fragile ceasefire with China, which will expire in August. The framework agreement on resuming the supply of rare earths, much praised by Trump, has still not been approved by Beijing. It also leaves open the possibility of cutting off supplies of these essential raw materials at any time.
  7. We are here in ASEAN NOW... Gas prices going up or down have nothing(!) to do with your question: "Hows the American economy doing?" "In its year-end 2024 forecast, the US Federal Reserve anticipated continued growth at 2.1% and inflation declining to 2.5% in 2025. Three months later, these projections had dropped to 1.7% growth and 2.7% inflation. Most forecasters – from the Conference Board to the International Monetary Fund – agree that the US economy will slow significantly, with growth landing somewhere between 1.4% and 2%, and global growth falling from 3.3% in 2024 to 2.3% in 2025" Source: Project Syndicate, "Trump Has Wrecked the US Economy" But figures and facts don't seem to bother you really. You just put them down as: Wish you a pleasant day, Sir.
  8. Hmm, english is "dude" Trumps native language. And he speaks at fouth-grade level... English isn't the worlds only language. Hard to understand for lots of americans - I know. But thats the way it is...
  9. For those who want to go deeper into it: https://www.cbo.gov/publication/61486
  10. Trump: August 1st is 100% firm / but not 100% firm
  11. If you ae interested, the "solar global atlas" might be a help for optimal tilt of your panels. And lots of additional information that can be used. You choose on the map your location. (the example is not where I live :))
  12. This quote a got over a year ago. Not realized yet, but planned to do it end of this year.
  13. Don't forget please, there are also foreign men who move to Thailand with their foreign woman. Next to me I know 3 other couples. It seems strange to me that everybody thinks men come down here to get a thai women...
  14. The french, as also italians and other countries in europe were forced to get "fussy" about AOC / AOP. Just see how many things are produced under the original name - but no ties to it. Cheeses: Gouda (NL), Emmental (CH), Feta (EL) etc.pp are produced worldwide in many countries - but have nothing to do with the origin. Yeah, I know that I'm a bit too serious about this. But to understand what I eat and drink is enjoyable. 🙂 And my wife is a goddess in cooking and breadmaking.... etc.pp. ...and spoils me since years. It's a hard life sometimes. Hehehe...
  15. Blending is the keyword. Read carefully. And Nappy valley produces wines in comparance to France since when? ... A joke that (typically U.S.) they think they have some kind of culture in dining. This has to do with France. (sic) One can be a "gourmand" or a "gourmet". Both enjoy excellent dining and a pleasant glass of wine if it matches. Same same - but different...
  16. Emmm, you are talking about "Champagne" / France. thats a total different story... The definition of "Champagne" includes the right of AOC (Appellation d’Origine Protegée). Carlyai asked about a sparkling wine - origin Australia. The expression "Cuvée" or "Cuvee" is worldwide (exclusive region "Champagne France") a mixed blend of different wineries and years. So forget "This is the best quality". Nonsens. If you are interested.... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Champagne
  17. You joined 12 days ago and produced since then 161 posts. Thats over 13 posts a day... Do you have hobbies and a life next to that? Just curios...
  18. Yeah sure. Latin...
  19. Junk food, bubble tea etc. heaps of sugar everywhere. The industry earns lots of money on sugared products. Simply said: Companies like Heinz, Mondelez, Unilever, Coca-Cola and Nestle are clearly involved to get customers addicted to sugar. "Old fashioned" diabetes came from sticky rice. Today lots of additional competition in the "sugar market" wich provides the junk food for the kids and their parents.
  20. If you have a DTV AND spend more than 180 days in Thailand (whith re-entry), be aware that it is possible that you have to declare youre income for taxes... This is still not really clarified - maybe will never be. But just that you once heard about this possibility. TIT...
  21. Every country has its own regulations. So you have to visit the OFFICIAL Website of the gouvernment. The airline - if you travel by air - also has it's rules. You bring 2 different countries and 2 possible ways of transport... "Let's say Vietnam/Cambodia for example with a flight and also the case via route with a Bus/Van." Do youre homework and find out what is possible for YOU or maybe not.
  22. Sorry, on Mitsubishi AC's you can choose also "dry mode". So the rH sensor regulates the AC, not the temperature sensor. Of course it also cools down to dry the air. The value of rH ist fixed though, not adjustable. I guess somwhere around 50-60% rH. I only know Mitsubishi, thought that all AC's have this possibiltiy.
  23. Hahaha, you really show a chart starting from 1967. How about looking what happened before until after December 2024. Bull run? Really?!
  24. You get a reasonable Prosecco (dry, tasty, with a nice "perlage", not sweet) for around 450 baht. So why do want to buy a Cuvée? A Cuvée is just a mixed up (often industrial made) wine from several locations and harvest years. With or without bubbles doesen't matter. It's a low quality product.
