  1. Alternatively; Supreme Fried Chicken Hands down best local fried chicken. 15 to 20 baht for wings, thighs and drumsticks. Up to 30 baht for legs(thigh plus drumstick). You'll need to get your fries elsewhere. Sticky rice only.
  2. Yes, though you can still buy litre bottles of EVOO in the 500 to 600 range. Grab a couple when you find them at that price.
  3. I think that you might have forgotten something..
  4. I suspect they couldn't find it as they searched under High Tea. It's far more common than you might expect. https://www.royalcliff.com/restaurant/afternoon-tea-at-panorama/ https://www.meramarehotel.com/restaurant-bar/afternoon-tea https://www.thezignhotel.com/dining/dazzle-lounge/afternoontea/ https://www.traveloka.com/en-th/activities/thailand/product/drift-by-hilton-pattaya-afternoon-tea-experience-thailand-4704585024717 Though La Baguette made a similar blunder in the past:
  5. A High Tea is a 'working class' meal served from the evening onwards....after work. Many working class Brits, still refer to their dinner as their 'tea'. You are referring to Afternoon Tea. That not even one person here corrected you, speaks volumes. Though @Lacessit at least described it correctly.
  6. So if he finds himself a friend, where will they spend time together? A hostel for 21 days is not a bright idea.
  7. After my experiences on this board so far, I'm reluctant to post anything at all 🙂 What do you have now?
  8. It's a screenshot from the Internet and posted solely to inform @Cameroni that you don't have to get into anything complicated in order to simply play files on your TV that reside on another device. I just showed how the file list can present itself. Absolutely no need to have all the artwork and metadata downloaded to KODI, for your own files sitting on a laptop, unless you actually want to create a multimedia library. The amount of people who post here solely to antagonise and argue is somewhat of an eye opener. Including those who really have nothing to contribute at all. One pushing IPTV. Another an Android box, (expressly against the criteria given) and a File Explorer and now you insisting that unless it's organised as a full multimedia system, they should not be allowed to use KODI. Your petty argument is in no way helpful nor relevant to the question being asked. Is this the normal behaviour of the people here?
  9. Will you have a Super WiFi Hotspot at home? I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve by posting a Hotspot speed test. You'll likely get 10Mbps with the mobile connection and no more. It's ok, just a bit expensive and perhaps not so good if more than one person is using it.
  10. Look at short term monthly: https://www.renthub.in.th/en/short-term-rental/pattaya Daily at those prices will likely be dire. 265 to 395 baht per day. You can find short term for as little as 4,000 baht monthly. Electricity will be charged separately and as such, a deposit will be taken.
  11. Xiaomi branded?
  12. Nothing to do with Xiaomi.
  13. You set up File Sharing(SMB) on the Mac: https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/mac-help/mh17131/10.15 or Linux: http://www.samba.org/ and then add the Network Location within KODI: https://kodi.wiki/view/SMB or choose from Plex, Jellyfin or Emby.
  14. Use TestMy.net Internet Speed Test as above 10Mbps for 481.50 is relatively expensive. Just order the other SIMs and test them. With the amount you are prepared to spend on a Tourist SIM, you can try out every option and then stick with the best. Otherwise you are putting yourself in the position of simply not knowing and paying a lot for the privilege. 1700 baht for one month of Internet usage. NT SIM is 199 baht for one month or 599 baht for six. Perfect for your modem if it supports Band 40 and you have coverage. Take your time, don't rush.
  15. Why so unpleasant? Is this the norm?
  16. It doesn't work. Get over it. It was a useless suggestion then and is still a useless suggestion now. Android is not involved in any way. None.
  17. You are desperately trying to find a problem for your solution 😂
  18. No you don't. You can just add the folder and your done. You can go out to eat. No need to sit there, so you don't lose any time. What's with all of your negativity anyway?
  19. Don't be so arrogant and presumptuous. It's up to the individual to decide, not you. I don't want media artwork for those files. I have that in another section.
  20. But again, it's not about you, is it? @tomgreen needed a solution to their quest, rather than to read about the idiosyncrasies of individuals in unrelated matters. Your app idea doesn't work for them. Why are you still pushing it?
  21. Easier to just copy the the files to a portable drive and play them offline in that case.
  22. Those tests are cached. You don't see the real result. Try downloading an actual file or using a test that isn't subject to tampering.
  23. You know it's fake, don't you? A no name product. But if it does the job...
  24. My KODI file list looks like this by default: No setup necessary.
  25. I use KODI and don't see any complexity. My media is in a simple list that I scroll through. I haven't set up any Collections or attempted any tagging. Just simple access to my media. @tomgreen did not ask for anything other than being able to play their media on the TV. All of the options that I have suggested, work with no need for extra equipment or specialised knowledge. Of course there is more function the more you get into them, but you don't need to touch that side of things.
