Lots of law enforcement in canada dress similar. Saw some OPP exercises a few weeks ago and not an id in sight other than police on their backs. There must of been 20 to 30 unmarked cars and dozens of unidentified officers all dressed in military gear. Only the one car was identifiable. Pic doesnt show how many were there. Best I could do walking by. Just like ice.
